I come to this location once or twice a week. Mostly once a week. Normally I like this place.
Today, was not a good experience.
The cashier was training a new hire on how to use the cashier. I tried to order my normal large ice coffee, 5 stevias, sugar-free vanilla, and cream. They were out of sugar-free vanilla, again. Not something I like. But, I am ok with it. Life is not perfect. My issue is more about the order he did take. He put normal vanilla, Sweet cream, and stevia. I did not know about the normal vanilla. The Bearded tall white man who mixes my coffee had to tell me that normal vanilla was used.
This cashier was not professional at all. He knows I am diabetic. Because I told him that the counter. I do not feel that he should be treating anyone like the way he treated me that day.

Read moreHaving other Starbucks in the area makes it easy to see this one is not quite up to par. Sometimes you can have too much staff to the point that the team is not productive. Today for instance there was around six employees behind the counter yet I had to wait a bit to place my order. Got my sandwich right away but no one was working on my drink. Mind you there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant and only a couple cars in drive thru. When I finally got my drink I asked for a straw and if looks could kill this red haired girl acted like I interrupted her doing something important. As I sat and ate I hear them asking her to work the drive thru and she replys she didn't want to talk to anyone today. WTH why do you have a customer service job? Read moreI came one morning before work and ordered my coffee that I get all the time through the drive thru. As I order it a lot I know how much it is so I had exact change. As I was taking my money out a penny fell under my seat and I couldn't reach it. I told the ditzy looking red head I'm a penny shy it fell in between the seats is that ok. She was like well can u grab it and I said no as I was trying while waiting in the drive thru. I said I have a credit card if I really need to charge a freaking penny and she said yea I need to charge it.
