I love subway and it is a go to for me for years. This was unbelievable, in terms of everything. The app was not working so they wouldn't honor the BOGO offer through the spp only. We had screenshot and asked for assistance. We both had to reinstall it there after they were incredibly rude about the fact that between the two of us the app was not working and didn't know if: it was the hotel wifi, the wifi there, the app itself, a card issue (all of them) and after showing pictures of the problem and asking for assistance. We redownloaded the app and it finally worked i asked for extra lettuce, tomato, veggies, I love my veggies, all of this on a simple turkey sub. While waiting, there were two large ants crawling across the table, no napkins in the holder, no sanitizer in the divide, and when I asked for more napkins the owner told me they were in the bag and would not give additional napkins. The extra requests for vegetables were completely disregarded in terms of havingeven the bare minimum on the bread in the first place and spending a half hour trying to find out what was wrong with placing the order. Except one thing... i got ant. I thought it was a black olive until it moved. Never ever have I experienced this level of terrible and disgusting anywhere. I believe in protein alternatives if i expect them, but the level of cleanliness and ripping off customers based on disregard for simple requests. I go to subway all the time. Killing their ants while waiting for that bread loaf with an any crawling out of it beginning with rude, awful service was shocking. Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered on the mobile app for a 6” tuna flatbread with extra lettuce and asked for it to be cut in half. I picked my sandwich up and went home to find out there was barely any tuna OR lettuce on my sandwich, it was not cut in half, and when I called the store to tell them and ask for a refund, whoever I spoke to gave me attitude that they put two scoops of tuna on it and that “they don’t cut 6” in half”, said “we’re not giving you a refund for the sandwich” and then hung up on me. Didn’t offer for me to bring the sandwich back and have them remake it, nothing. Most disappointing Subway sandwich I have received probably ever, terrible customer service. Read moreI totally agree with the last review I read. I Subway that is not part of the Subway app. They refuse to be a part of it that way they don't have to provide you any sort of coupon discount! In addition to that, if that apps screws up and you're charged, they'll not going to provide you with any refund, even tho it's not yr fault, when they've provided you a refund in the past. Now I'm being given the excuse it's a 3rd party app! Such BS!
