Slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. Of the local choices for drive thru food, I prefer Taco Bell. However, this location has consistently slow drive thru service. Once, I had to wait 20 minutes from start to finish.
Today was the last straw. I had to wait 30 minutes, after I ordered... on a Sunday afternoon. I called to talk to the manager, but I was told he was busy.
Turns out that someone ordered 9 twelve-packs of tacos. Okay, that kind of thing happens. But, I was given the further excuse that, "We only have one production line." What I heard was, 'We are making everyone else wait until we can complete this one order.'
I find it completely unexplainable why they were not able to make other smaller orders while they made this large order at the same time. Ridiculously large orders should not make everyone else wait. It is obvious to me that the management of this Taco Bell location completely lacks the ability to prioritize the process of fulfilling customer orders.
The outcome of these experiences is that this Taco Bell location has lost my business for all time. Maybe if the management understood that they could lose someone's business forever, in order to fill a one-time large order, they would work on prioritizing their process more...
Read moreWent here tonight after months of not having Taco Bell with lots of excitement so my mom and I went together to get our order. We ordered on their screen because the employees at the register ignored us when we got there. And my mom likes her chalupas extra crispy. After placing the order, we called out to the Spanish speaking employees who were making the food multiple times and were ignored for about 3-5 mins. COMPLETELY IGNORED US!! Then after 2 more min of calling them very loudly, someone finally came over and we told him to make the order extra crispy. When we got home, my mom’s chalupas had no color on them and were not extra crispy. And the whole order was cold. AT LEAST IN THE DRIVETHRU YOU CAN TALK TO SOMEONE. They did cater to other Spanish speakers when we were there. So idk if they pretended not to hear just because they didn’t want to help us or they were generalizing racists or who knows what, but I no longer am I going to this Taco Bell. What a waste. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The worst part is my mom agreed to go get Taco Bell even though we usually try to save money and she was so disappointed. DO YOU PEOPLE NOT HAVE MOTHERS YOU WANT TO MAKE HAPPY?!? Smh....
Read moreI ordered on my Mobil app to pick up my food at 9am today. I drove to the location and was in the drive thru lane at 9:08. There was 1 car parked in the parking lot, it was a Nissan, which I thought was the employee's. When I pulled up to the drive thru, no one acknowledged me, I waited 3 mins and another car pulled up behind me.. So I moved up to the window. I saw that the lights were on but no one was visible. So I went to the front door to see if I can go in and that was locked. The hours of operation says open at 9am, yet the place was locked.. As I walked back to my car I saw the car that was behind me still waiting in drive Thur and then it circled the parking lot also looking confused and left.. If your sign says your open at 9am, you should be open and ready to business at 9am. I hope a manager reads this Today is Sunday 3/28/2021. I have work at 10am to 7pm and am not allowed to leave the office to pick up lunch, so I bring my lunch in every Sunday. Thanks I will have to eat out of the vending...
