Terminal 5 Club — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Went on a Thursday night for salsa lessons. Starting with the positive the instructors were very friendly and knowledgable.

Now for the terrible. My husband ordered a beer. They were out of it so he ordered a coke instead. When time came to check out they only gave us the credit card signature slip. We had to ask for an itemized bill. The beer they could not provide was still on there and they refused to take it off. They said they gave us his soda for free and threw an extra shot in my drink. I did not ask for an extra shot nor do i really believe it was there. Regardless they charged us for something they did not provide and tried to do it covertly.

I was there for a first time and Im sooo disapointed. Me and my friends reserved a lounge and bought a bottle of vodka like 1.75l then the bartender said they cant gave us that bottle to our lounge which is weird because in other clubs they normally put bottle on a table .Instead they brought shots from the bar. The shots didnt taste like they supose to. I think the vodka was open and mixed with water. Also the bartender lied that we order another bottle of vodka which we did not. After that she never came back to us and ask if we wants anything more. Service wasnt...

Small club but perfectly done, the Thursday DJ Latino guy is amazing, Friday just OK not bad but Saturday guy he doesn't know what he's doing horrable and complete miss. One of the bartender guys is amazing, security people are extremely polite. Owner/manager is not that much welcoming he needs some courses in customer service. The major problem there is no youth, 70+, I am not discriminating against oldies one day we will be part of them. Where is the young ladies...
