Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

No organization! Multiple orders with food and smoothies that were placed after I placed my one smoothie went out before mine. Stood at the registers with out a greeting or anything for a good 5 minutes before my order was taken. Saw multiple other people visibly annoyed because they didn't get they were waiting too long for their orders. At least 6-8 people working there should be some sort of order. Like first one first out not just grabbing random ones or your friends orders first. Once they finally asked my name they couldn't find my ticket but it was on a blender just sitting in the side and they were making new orders from the counter that were just placed first. Also wasn't even offered a receipt to show them what I ordered. Lucky I stepped up to the contour because otherwise who knows how long I would have been waiting. Small area to walk in and it's right where they give out the food so people stop and it isn't clear where the line is to order or who is in line or be able to walk through. On this hot Friday afternoon I decided to quench my thirst and hunger with a smoothie and a wrap after my tricycle ride. As I entered the Ac hitting my mug I was immediately relieved to be indoors. I was greeted by a warm welcome and a smile. I felt instantly welcomed. I really appreciate the patience that the clerk display cause I was a taking time while ordering because of the vast menu. The clerk answered all my annoying nutrition questions about the food cause recently I started my cow focused diet. I decided to order a detox smoothie cause it was green. The food was delicious. I would give 0 starts if I could I came in with some friends because they gave them the wrong order when they explained it the manager came over to figure out what the problem was and when the employee wasn’t able to talk fast enough she started screaming at her and waving her arms when she found out what the issue was she proceeded to argue that she heard the whole thing and my friend never ordered what she did until the employee said yeah she originally did then the manager wanted to change...
