Vip's Cafe — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Krysta really is starting to get annoying I walk in she's either on the phone and just not paying attention because she's on her laptop she doesn't wipe down machines, She Doesn't offer you drinks when you walk in, At least Tony has finally started offering you a drink when you walk in and he's always wiped down machine's in between each person that uses it. Please fix this because it's getting really annoying that I have to ask if I want something to drink when she expects to get tipped but doesn't offer to do anything even when...

I didn't get any food so I gave it a three to make it average. As far as the service went the lady with the cane, even though it look like she was struggling she served us all and always asked us if we wanted a drink or some snacks or anything. The atmosphere... everyone was having a good time and the machines were hitting so everybody was having a ball!.... except for the one guy on the end. It wasn't his lucky day, maybe next time for him though. I walked out $160 in to play & about $580...

WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!! They have no business phone number for problems with their machines , which by the way always have issues and no one cares to look into their glitching machines ! They have a technician named Scott who never comes out to look at the machines and never responds to the issues ! VERY PORLY RUN COMANY , I asked for owner to contact me and was just ignored again . There is plenty of well run gaming establishments don’t waste...
