KFC — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

Worst experience ever I got from food place. I got there to order food for the first time and I asked if they had 10pc meal, I only heard okay. After I got home, I opened my boxes, I saw only 8pc of chicken. I decided to go back because I realized the food was not enough for us anyways After I came back to the KFC. I told the cashier girl first 2 pcs were missing, Another girl with bleached hair came from the back and scolding me like her child. When my voice was not that high, she said stop raising my voice. She insisted I ordered 8pc meal because they do not have 10pc meal. How would I know if she does not explain to me. She should have told me that when I was making my order. When I told her, I only heard okay after my question, she treated me like a lier. Because she was treating so harshly, I asked for the manager, the manager was not there. So I asked for the phone number, she said it is on the receipt. I told her she did not give me receipt. She insisted she gave me. Of course I checked my purse, the food bag and the car for the receipt before I went back to this place. When I asked for the copy of my receipt, she said she cannot. Because I need to tell the manager whom I am talking about, so I asked her name, she said she is not going to tell me her name. She should not be doing any customer skill required job. I worked with customers in my entire life, never ever treated my customers like that. I was so shocked and speechless and left this location. This is my first ever time writing complain. I understand service job people because i am in this undustry, but that bleached girl at KFC seems like do not undesrtand her...

2/2022 3* Losing ground at this location. It used to be an assumed 5* place. No longer. Last two times in the past 6 weeks I have tried to go there. I have gotten almost word for word the same responses from the staff. This time. I went to the drive thru. Wanted a 10 piece chicken only, original recipe. Staff "Mixed is ok?". I responded No. Original please. Staff "Mixed is ok?". No, original only please. 2 seconds later response from a female voice now, "Mixed is ok?". No I said. I want original please. Female voice says "That will be 25 minutes". I told her I was disappointed as this is the second time in a row this has happened. Female voice "Mixed is ok?". No I will have to go somewhere else. Female voice. "OK".

This is customer service? No I am sorry. We had a large order, etc. Just Ok. Go somewhere else for your business. Well, I did. There are a few other good fried chicken places. Not the same. But at least I will get some respect, and some fried chicken. Have to start thinking twice before coming here again. Disappointing.

6/2021 5* We love the chicken. Don't do the sides very often. But who does not know and love the Colonel's famous KFC bucket? Never lose the bucket guys!!!

12/2020 5* Original recipe is our favorite. Love a whole bucket of chicken. Could eat it all myself!

Well this was a weird experience! I was happy about to free zesty wings that the app. Asked how to redeem the free item and manager said go through the app and order. I said thank you I’ll drive though and come back. She said IF THATS WHAT U WANNA DO…. Lol I’m like ok . Thought she must be having a bad day WHATEVER! So I ordered the food and came back thru and told her my name and she told me to COME BACK IN 5 mins Just got your order. lol nobody was in line. But I’m like ok whatever. I backed in and watched them make my order. It was done in in a few mins but I could have sat at the window for that. Then I drove to get to the window and there goes 3 cars lol. Just my luck. Once I receive my food, I realize I forgot butter and hot sauce so I drove back to the window and asked for that and she handed it to me and I told her thank you and she looked at me and just backed through the window and closed it with a dry look on her face. lol Guess she doesnt like to talk but it was all kinda weird and rude! Maybe she needs someone to see how she’s doing cause her mental state was very off!
