Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

This is the only DQ I have ever been to that weighs ice cream and gives 4 dollops of whip cream. Samantha, who is the manager , stated that this was a rule from the headquarters. I called the HQ and they had no idea of this rule .. even though they are independently owned. There is a McDonald's across the street, A Wendys and a Jewel Osco within 100 yards ( competitors) , who will gladly give me my worth and take my money for more than a dollop of anything. This DQ is new, and we were happy to see it arrive but if this behavior keeps up.. they will not last through the summer... all because of Smanatha wanting to wear a Ice-cream cape and save corporate on whip cream and ice-cream. Let me go across the street and see if the lady with the red hair or the man with the big yellow shoes cares to weigh...

I went on a Saturday morning. The credit card machine wasn't working, but it was ok I had cash. I placed an order for a 4pc tender a 6pc tender and 3 Oreo brownie cupfections. I had to wait about 15min for the order, they had me pull up to the front of the store. The young lady who brought out the order had such great customer service and sincerity and humbleness about her, it didn't even matter that the wait was too long and that the order was wrong.
