Update March 20th 2022. :
I had food delivered by DoorDash, paying not small amount for ruined dinner! Carrabba's disappointed greatly.
1star, because of tough and chewy Veal piccata, which is almost impossible to ruin it such way; then because of small portion of the same Veal Piccata and Fettuccine Alfredo for the price of almost $30!
I cannot recommend any meat here(veal, steak) because they don't know how to cook it! Also, dessert was very small for the price, they sent me burnt mozzarella sticks Their soups are embarrassment for an "Italian" restaurant, don't order them!! No flavor at all... watery..
Unbelievably disappointing experience! This place will not see my buck for a long time. I gave them plenty of chances over the years.
I won't miss them anyway. We will have Olive Garden soon, just across the street from Carrabba's !

Update as of July 30th 2020. : This restaurant is getting better it seems. I didn't order from this place for 2 years, because of previous very bad experience. Today, I'm giving them 4 stars again, cause I had a pretty good meal. I recommend Zucchini Fritte appetizer, it is superb in taste and appearance.
Only complaint, but not small, is that Meatballs in sauce and ricotta, came cold as ice. I don't know if they put already cold food in a container, or it became cold due to their packaging in a take-out bag, where it was in contact with tiramisu which is usually served cold.. Anyway I received it unpleasantly refrigerator cold, but at least I got a partial refund for it from DoorDash. Otherwise, whole meal was great đ
PS. I forgot to mention, this place is so generous with bread portions which come with olive oil in a packet and spices in a small container, which you mix in together as a dipping for bread. Very nice and practical idea for takeout orders. By the way bread is just awesome, European style. Keep it up, good food Carrabba'sđđ» ////////
great tasting food but very bad service.. :(( No confirmation e mail about my pick up order. Then, when called the store to verify if the order went through , it took two phone calls and 15 minutes for the staff to find any explanation to simple questions. They sounded surprised on any normal question,,seemed uninterested in their job and in providing complete an fast answer...What's the irony-while waiting on the phone, I had to listen automated instructions about their "carside to go " service ordering online :))))
Update as of February 9th 2021. :
Food here is becoming almost flavorless , lately! No spices, NO SALT,, sauces are watery, like an amateur and very untalented cook prepared them!!
Stuffed Mushrooms, filled with such ingredients should be bursting with flavor, but there was nothing, not even inviting smell; not to mention lacking of flavor and salt in them when you take a bite. Mashed potatoes, are not as good as they used to be, also.
Desserts - Tiramisu and Chocolate cake, which are great, are getting smaller and smaller, every time we order from this place. Very insolent, considering the pretty high price...
Read moreAs always they aim to please. We started the night out with some bruschetta and a blackberry Bellini for me and bruschetta and Shirley Temple for her. As always the warm and delightful baked bread with the ever fragrant seasoned olive oil drizzle. We both decided on the chicken soup, such a pleasing aroma to my wonderfully new sniffer compliments of the great doc in my previous reviews. We used to have very similar palates until she got older and decided on culinary arts. So now I try to sneak bites of her dishes because she is a little more adventurous that I. All while trying to keep pace with our wonderful wait staff we got full before the main course. Which included but is not limited to any one person. We have our starting lineup! Johnathan, such a courteous intuitive gentleman and a true sweat breaker. Then we have Bobbie,(I do hope I spelled it correctly) such a sweet young lady with a flare for fashion and hair. Along with the every graceful Mr. Wendell whom started our dinner off with such a breathtaking entrance with the soup. The night went uphill from there. But what else could you ask for with such great management like Mrs. Pattie. I will say even with such a big name, they still make you feel like you matter. When one person is down, another steps up with a smile, not with an attitude. This is the right attitude to have. The folks at this restaurant take constructive criticism with a smile. And thatâs what we all should do. I will tell you all of the food was cooked to perfection, and served with a smile in a timely manner. I will continue to keep my top rating for this group of people that work like a very functional family. I appreciate the care they take with me and my family every time we visit. I would definitely recommend you stop in and try it for yourselves.

25 out of 25= 5stars. 7/21/18 Ok so tonight has been even better than before, my waitress(Jennifer)was absolutely wonderful! She made sure everything was exceptionally well prepared and plated. Love it. Thanks a mil.
7/10/19 Tonight I came with my daughter just as a mother daughter dinner. It was absolutely awesome! We had the usual but a few nice twists. Like angel hair pasta with and olive oil garlic sauce with the trio and the oysters were splendid. I never knew they had my knob creek small batch! Thanks to our waitress Jessie we have an absolutely delightful experience as always! I wouldnât change a thing other than how much my old gut could hold! Lol. Thanks for such great service, food, and...
Read moreWe used to love coming here when they first opened. We would go every Friday. Thatâs slowed down because the food hasnât been so good lately. The Alfredo is usually dry. The luttuce on the Caesar has been yellow or white lately. The soup noodles are overcooked and swollen. Our food seems to be rushed and undercooked sometimes. Iâve never left a review about it, but this last time will definitely be our last time coming. We came in Sunday, January 7 around 2pm. The short, pale, blue haired girl with the nose ring and glasses was our server. Sadly we didnât get her name. Her first impression was already bad. She came to get our drinks and my man expressed to her that he wanted to order an appetizer but apparently he wasnât fast enough for her. When he looked over to ask if I wanted the mushrooms, she already started walking away. I had to loudly say âexcuse meâ for her to come back. She barely checked on us at all. She was strictly there to take our order and thatâs it. My fiancĂ©âs drink was empty for a while⊠twice. Once for like 8 minutes. The second time for like 15. My soup was cold when it came out. When we went to send it back she somehow knew that and still served it to me. Before we could tell her what was wrong she said, âwas it not warm enough for you?â Then she waited until it was ready to bring my man another water. Like he had to sit there thirsty for another 10 minutes because she didnât want to make two trips to the table. It was NOT that busy. When we got our appetizers and when we got our food she didnât even check on us to see if it were looking or tasting good. My man had to get up out of his seat THREE TIMES to get some service. He didnât even want the food anymore. And by the way his noodles were overcooked, dry and stuck together. Mine could have been left in the oven longer. My daughter said her broccoli didnât even taste fresh and that it was horrible. We had to call the manager over twice because he was âwashing his handsââŠ. For about ten minutes. We just wanted to leave. The service was despicable and I made that known. Thereâs no way our drinks should be empty or we should have to get up out of our seats multiple times. The service helper was at our table more than she was bringing the food. She was in the kitchen the majority of the time we were there. They took an item off the bill, but we deeply regretted wasting our time. We usually tip very generously and have both worked in the service and tipping industry, but we didnât leave her anything. Thatâs the very first time we have...
