Starbucks — Restaurant in Schererville

I guess you guy never take a look at your review because there a lot of complaint about your Starbucks drink recently. Either you don't care about it or you just think our review are trash. I'm someone who been to this Starbucks location for year by that I mean someone who grow up going there as a kid till they grow up. I could tell you that the drink are what you should be calling trash not our review. First I thought that it was OK if it was one time or so but it never change. I totally regret going there for the last few week hoping they change. I was very disappointed in myself for having high hope in them. I don't know what happen to all the old worker who use to work there but I hope you guy can either teach the new kid how to make the drink better or have the old worker back. The old worker who use to work there where so polite and kind. The new worker isn't like that at all. Their face tell us that they don't even want to be here and why should I care about your drink. We didn't pay to get attitude and bad treatment. We pay for well make drink and good customer services. If we wanted bad treatment then we would have gone to jail for a visit and it free. My first time coming to this starbucks, not a coffee drinker, but had to wait for a ride home from dropping my car off to get fixed. Well I came in for a tea.

Customer service...a 3...guy behind the register..says not one welcome..just points a finger at you...I ordered a unsweetened green ice tea...on my receipt he put sweetened...I caught the barista starting my tea and was on auto pilot putting the sweetener in my tea..I caught her...and corrected her...she looked at the guy and he was like What? And I said "unsweetened "...she fixed it.

Cleanliness..a 3...dirty floors, dusty displays. Messy counters behind the main counter. And then the display case... I know it's just a display but most of the eggs were moldy..green and black fuzzy mold. Seeing stuff like that made me not want to get anything to eat...not a cool thing.many people looked around it...but I was hoping to eat a low calorie egg cup...one of the new items. Nope didn't want it any more. Even the display case should look presentable and appetizing.

Good things...plenty of seating...and charging stations and outlets...nice artwork on the walls..and my tea...

Schererville Starbucks has an amazing staff currently. I am always happy to support this location because of their talented and good spirited baristas. I come through and order the same thing almost daily and sometimes I’ll bring my dog with to get a pup cup and I have never once had my order messed up in any way, even during peak business hours they stay on top! I have witnessed unruly drive thru guests many times to which no fault of Starbucks or their employees, this location is being done an injustice with the lay out of the strip they are located in. Frequent traffic jams and drivers not abiding by traffic laws and regulates. Again, I want to express the is is no fault of the business or employees and I’ve always seen this situations diffused with grace and maturity. There’s many options around NWI for coffee and I continually support this corporate chain because of their amazing staff! They treat my dog Coconut and I so friendly every single day and the employees working the window are always so friendly and such a joy. I have never felt like a customer here always a guest. Love...
