I have been staying in the area from out of town with family and decided to try McCallisters for lunch. This was a terrible experience to say the least!! We started off with ordering us all a meal, after waiting 25 minutes for our food we decided to go up and check on our order. The manager was nice and said she would check on the order. The girl at the Expo counter was working on a order and the manager confirmed that it was ours and would be out shortly. When the young lady brought us the food she pushed my arm out of the way with the plate later stating that “there was no room on the table so I had to hit your arm”. There was absolutely no “excuse me” or “which plate did you have” or anything. The employee never spoke a single word but rather was very very rude. She practically tossed 3 plates down on our table and walked away without any sort of “hope you enjoy” “let me know if you need anything”. We then realized that we were missing one of our meals. The manager was walking by about that time so we let her know that we were missing a Club meal. She promised she was going to get something figured out and that she was very sorry. After waiting 7-10 minutes as the manager was taking other people there food she stopped back in to ask what us was we were missing. By this time we had split our meals up enough the the person missing the meal would be able to eat along with everyone else instead of being rude or letting our warm food get cold. I asked for a refund for the meal that we had waited close to 45 minutes for but never received. We then asked for a refund she said she could not give one so we then asked for a manger that could authorize one and She said there was not one there. She then again asked what it was that we were waiting for, we had previously told her 2 times plus had given her our order number, 21, twice. We did ask for the name of the owners and number which she told me she could not give us She began to get irritated and a little loud. We asked for our receipt for the food we had paid for. She did not hand it back. So I reached across to take it she then clutched it in her hand trying to make it so I couldn’t take it. She then got louder and said that I snatched it from her hand and that the cameras saw it. I hope it was caught on camera. We never did get our food or refund. We were made to feel like bad people when all we wanted was to taken of for the service we paid for. Very poor...
Read moreOrdered a curbside pickup and was told that it would be ready at 1:23PM. Showed up a little early and waited patiently in my car as instructed until 1:30, then decided to go inside as they may not have realized it was curbside (this has happened many times).
I asked and they said that my food wasn’t ready yet. No biggie, I get it. Around the 15 minute mark I asked again and was told it still wasn’t ready. I told them it had been almost 20 minutes since the time they said it would be ready and was not responded to.
I continued to wait until 1:45PM and finally asked if I could just have my money back and cancel the order as I had to be back to work by 2PM. I was told that I couldn’t have my money back since they already started working on the order. I pushed back and said that wasn’t acceptable and that I wanted my order cancelled as I had to leave or I’d be late back to work. Nope. They insist that they can’t do it and I have to wait.
My sandwich finally is given to me around 1:48PM, almost 30 minutes after the quoted time. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience, or even given the tea that I bought while I waited like they normally do.
After getting back to work I opened my sandwich and they didn’t even make it right.

Read moreI placed an order online which was my first experience with this business. I received notification of when my order would be ready and proceeded to the restaurant to pick-up my order. I waited in line and when I approached the register, I was abruptly told to move over there for pickups. Again, this was my first time there so, I was unaware of the process. There was a young woman taking orders to the tables and the other one seemed to be working on bagging the to-go meals. There were people who had just placed orders getting their order and one order was still on the tray not being bagged. I asked if that was my order because it had been sitting there since I arrived. The bagger rudely said what's your name? As I went to tell her that it wasn't under my name but my Google account she repeated with her back to me your name what's your name? Then cam over once she realized I was getting upset and said is this you? All of that could have been avoided if she had turned around and engaged me. She then proceeded to throw my food containers around so I asked for her manager. She kept talking smart and said it was the person with the red or green shirt. I asked for a refund and they said they don't give refunds. So to shorten this long story, I will not go there again ewven though I was given some expired coupons for my next visit.
