Manager "Robert" and General Manager "Thomas" are both very unprofessional when dealing with upset customers with no de-escalation skills whatsoever.
If you order food, you expect it all to be there. But that was not the case for the wings we ordered along with:
1 6-PIECE HOT BUFFALO WINGS $5.99 1 MEDIUM (12") HAND TOSSED PIZZA Whole: Pepperoni $5.99 1 MEDIUM (12") HAND TOSSED PIZZA Whole: Ham, Pineapple $5.99 1 CHOCOLATE LAVA CRUNCH CAKES $5.99
After the complaint of the missing wings, we asked if Dominos was able to receive the old order with no wings and they create a new order with all items included that we paid for we were told "No".
It was amazing to be told by the "Manager" of this dominos that I "couldn't" speak to the District Manager about my complaint and that he was the only manager there at the location.
But when I asked if I could have the general manager's corporate information, he quickly muted the phone and moments later he came back on the phone and he responded "No".
I said so "I can't have a corporate email for the general manager to lodge a complaint?
The manager was heard yelling to someone else asking "CAN HE HAVE YOUR EMAIL?" hearing a male replying "No!"
So I asked the manager "Didn't you say no other management was available to speak with? (The Phone call was put on mute again with no response.)
Moments later after waiting the manager hopped back on and said "He was here but he left for a delivery."
I'm disappointed in dominos, I'm disappointed that this store is is considered part of this community, and disappointed that when I have a complaint to lodge for lack of service that I am treated as if talking to upper management is not an easily available task for being a LONG-TIME customer of dominos.
I am also disappointed that when we show up to dominos to pick up food the employees are all huddled up in a vehicle smoking. Literately they can do that on their own time. Super sad that these unprofessional experiences has me loosing interest in the dominos brand and what it stands for.

Read moreThis is by far the worst pizza experience that I've ever had to interact with. I placed my order online which stated my order would be delivered within 36 minutes or less. After an hour and a half I called and spoke to a female employee who told me "it'll get there whenever it does", and then hung up on me. I called back, and spoke to the exact same employee who told me to wait until somebody was available to address my situation, and then hung up on me a second time. After waiting an hour and a half for my delivery and being hung up on twice by the same person, I asked to speak to the manager, and ended speaking to Thomas from store location 6604 FM78 SA TX, who told me that the delivery time was 90 minutes whether I liked it or not regardless of the 36 minutes timeline that was given to me when I placed the order. I explained to Thomas that I was a single parent with 3 kids who was hungry and have been waiting an hour and a half for our meal and I needed to know when our order will be delivered in accordance with the estimated delivery time. Thomas became irate with me and told me if I didn't like their delivery time, he would rather give it to me free then deal with me. I accepted that offer since it was already an hour overdue and because he got so upset and was so unprofessional oh, and decided to hang up on me. I accepted his offer, and canceled the transaction with my bank after informing the delivery driver and offering him a substantial tip for his services. Stay away from this establishment because they do not care whatsoever about customers, have no problem hanging up on their customers 3 times and could not care less about maintaining any ongoing customers. I will never ever again order from this company, and I don't mean this location either. Read moreThe customer service at this location is horrible. We ordered pizza, wings and a pasta bowl though the website. The website said the delivery would be a two hour wait after the order was placed. We tried to call the location but the phone service was down. We got a message they were are having technical difficulties please contact them through the website. So I went to pick up the order, I had to repeat the order a few times for them to find the order which was made and sitting out getting cold. The guy offered a 2 litter because we had already paid for the delivery fee. Left with the order, once I got home we opened the box we thought would have the pasta to find brownies. We tried calling again to let them know the order was incorrect but phones were still down. My husband drove back to the location for the pasta bowl. The associate said we replaced your pasta bowl with brownies because we are out of pasta bowls. My husband said “ and you couldn’t tell my wife after when she was here the first time. The guy then stated they had Authorization to switch it because they called for approval. The guy said the phones are down so we are using our personal phones.My husband never gave an approval.He received 3 calls tonight from a Michigan number but they did not leave a message. We don’t answer calls that we don’t know. My husband asked to be refunded for the pasta. “What do you want me to do about it? Refund the whole order? Is the responds we got with attitude.
