Honestly the worst Chick-fil-a I've ever been to, and this has nothing to do with the lack of drive-thru because anyone who lives in the area knows that the local residents fought their drive-thru permit tooth and nail and that is why they don't have one. For those leaving negative reviews because of that alone, you are being unfair.
That said, here is my story...my son and I came here after baseball practice just before 8pm on a Wednesday. Walking up to the door I initially thought they were closed because chairs were up on all the tables, but I saw a few people sitting at the booths and the posted closing hours of 10pm so we went in. Upon getting to the counter, nobody greeted us initially. A woman at the drink fountain looked at us who I later realized was a Coke employee working on the fountain. About 2-3 minutes later, a girl finally came to take our order. No smile, no "sorry for your wait", none of the service I typically see at a Chick-fil-A. Anyhow, we ordered and both of us ordered Lemonade...but the lemonade machine and already been broken down so the girl grabbed a plastic jug of lemonade and disappeared for a minute or two, and eventually returned with our Lemonade...but the person delivering the food has already come out and was looking for our marker at the table (which didn't exist because we still hadn't been given one). Anyhow, at this point we are looking for a table but the 4 booths are full and every other table has chairs up. I ask the unhelpful girl who took our order if I could take chairs down at one of the other tables and she looked around, and eventually, grudgingly came out and took a couple chairs down for us. At this point I asked her "y'all are open until 10pm right" and she says "yeah" plainly and then disappears. Then we start eating our food and the lemonade was not very good, my spicy deluxe sandwich was not very good, and neither was anything else.
Literally nothing redeeming about this visit. Worst chick-fil-a ever. We should have gone to the Zaxby's next door, which is also not one of the best Zaxby's...but regardless I think this will be my first and last visit to this embarrassment of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I had called two weeks ago to place a catering order with Cathy. She was a very nice lady and mentioned I could receive a military discount on arrival as long as I showed my ID. I also asked if I could use a different card when I arrived at pick up and she said yes.
At pick up we had the worst attitude Iāve ever seen from a manager, Gladys. When she walked to the car to confirm the name she said ātheres no order for that name you want to order or whatā so I gave her my mothers name and she said okay Iāll be back. We were already taken back by how aggressive she was just asking for a name. She came back a while later and handed us the food and walked away. We got her attention and I let her know we hadnāt paid yet and she said she just charged the card on file. I asked why if we were suppose to get a military discount and she laughed and said āitās only $2 off itās not worth itā Iām not sure what she was laughing at, we also asked about Cathy and she said āoh Cathy yeah she stopped working here last weekā. Then we asked why she charged the card if we wanted to use a different one since that is what we were told we could do. She said āI guess I can cancel the transaction and charge another card but you wonāt get your money back for 7 daysā I was not confident enough to let her charge another card and also give a refund. So we just left. Attitude is everything and Gladys laughed in our faces and made every question we had seem impossible. For this reason we will never cater or come back to this location and go to the other...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location continues to be the worst Chick Fil A Iāve ever been to and consistently one of the worst customer service experiences in fast food (which is saying a lot).
I had high hopes that this new location with dine in would be better than the old drive thru location down the street. Nope. Not only is the drive up model inefficient, the dine in customer service is atrocious. We received no greeting, no thanks, and multiple employees walked past me while standing at the counter without offering their assistance. After waiting a minute or two, I asked an employee who was wrapping up a transaction if I could just go grab the sauces myself. He helped quickly and I have no issues with him. The cashier who served us and who I assume is the line manager/expediter are the employees who ignored me. The manager on staff, Robert, seemed to be more concerned with joking around with the staff than he was with serving their customers.
There is another location just down the road with a drive thru and right now, this location has no redeeming qualities.
Keith Shelton, you should be ashamed of yourself. Have a little pride in your location and get...
