I am sad to write this review...

I have gone into the store in the past and purchased items with no problem(s). The staff is helpful, the place is clean and pretty much what you would expect from a mid-sized boutique. Today I went in around 11:45 am and the place was full of customers. I packed my patience because it was a Saturday and I knew this was to be expected.

After waiting for over an hour, the lady who came in after me me was called back for her fitting (of course she wasn't going to tell them they made a mistake...she just looked at me and walked back). I kindly told the sale clerk of the error...she went to the back and came back and said, "well someone made a mistake, they wrote her name before yours". In my mind, I am wondering how did this happen when she came in a good 5-7 minutes after I did. The young lady kindly told me I was however next.

I waited for an additional 15 minutes...by this time I am angry and hurt that I had wasted so much time waiting for this fitting and that there was no urgency in taking care of the error. Without fuss, I gathered my purse and walked toward the door. The sales clerk saw me leaving and she clicked the door to let me out.

I am disappointed because not one time did anyone say, "I'm sorry", "I apologize", "let me look deeper into this for you"....nothing...

Unprofessional!!! I say this because every time I would call to check on my order, they would put me off and say someone would call me back, because everyone was busy with clients. I never got that call back! I called many times. I needed my hose because my insurance was going to change on June 1. But they waited so long that they ( Pretty Please ) penalized me for not getting the hose. Well guess what? The hose were on their shelves the entire time!!! All the while I was calling, no one let me know I could have just picked them up. So now I have to return my stockings. So unfair! I will never shop at this place again. What kind of business does this. If you haven't been burnt, be careful. You might get a call saying you need to return your merchandise too. This was not my fault and I am having to pay for their mistake. They get a 1 star from me and that's only because Fairy was friendly to me on day one when I first came into the store. After that...it all...

I went to purchase more bras. Notice I said more because this wasn't my first visit. I waited 1 hour for nothing. The woman that helped me or should I say didn't help me was complaining about the hot flashes she was having. She was very short and addressed me as if I was a kid. After listening to why she preferred the back dressing room because it was cooler, I was disappointed. They couldn't find my card with my previous fittings nor the bras I purchased. After this visit, I ended up not purchasing anything because they didn't have anything for me to purchase. She didn't offer to order anything, even after I told her I was going to another store. The customer service is horrible and this was the worst visit I'd had there. She wasn't knowledgeable at all. After the fitting, she asked another associate what she should do. She told me I was an in between size. What does that mean? I wouldn't recommend going there, if she was the only one in the store. What a...
