Let me start off by saying that I've worked fast food. I've worked in four different Dairy Queens, and have managed one for several years. I've been to this location three time. Twice during the day when it was slow, and once at night when it was slow. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but this location does not deserve that excuse.
The first time I went, the lady running the drive-thru was very pushy. When you're working a drive-thru window, the order of questions usually goes like this: You say hello, or ask if they'd like whatever special is being offered. If they say they need a second, you wait one minute, then ask if they need any help with the menu. If they say they still need more time, you then wait for them to order. This lady did the same thing, only she waited about 5 seconds, and asked multiple times. Which came off as less caring, and more pushy. Then once we got to the window, it was clear she didn't accurately put our order in, and the person helping her(Looked like a manager?) was obviously high, and was little help as when we repeated our order to her again, she still messed it up. All the while there were people in the back yelling things like "NO, they said they wanted THIS." This was the first visit.
After that, I went two more times, and both times my order was either messed up, or I was rung up for the right things and given the wrong items.
This is purely a problem with management. A good manager would recognize these issues, and work on them. But it is obvious to me that nothing is being done. Save your time and go to one of the other restaurants in the area, you have plenty of other options.
However, if you can get what you actually order, the food...
Read moreI was a regular at this location, but never again. I always order the same thing and did so a little over a month ago. The cashier DAVID gave me my food and no receipt. I looked in the bag and my fries were the larger size than what I ordered, so was the drink. I didnt think much of it because they have run out cups and fry holders in the past and given me a different size. I went to look at the receipt to double check and did not find one. I got out of my car to ask for the receipt. Turns out they charged me for the larger sizes. I said that was not what I ordered and asked for the difference back. I was told no and had the glass door shut in my face. I knocked on the window again to ask for the manager. David said he was the manager and told me he was going to call the police. Mind you at this point I had never raised my voice or made any threats. I questioned why and said all I want is my $1 back for the error. He said I was scaring the girls who were now standing behind him laughing.
I called corporate and was told a manager would get in touch with me. I started getting some texts not a call from a person claiming to be a manager at the store. I pretty sure it was DAVID responding to a complaint about him. I reached out to corporate again and never heard anything again. I ate there once a week, but if this is how they treat their customers I will not...
Read more1st of all... I went to a checkers 8 miles or so away and their system went down so I decided to come to this location. The young lady Zackerria or something to the nature had THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER! In ordering my food she kept cutting me off asking me "will that be all", I asked did they have ranch to go with my wings she said "yea" like I was supposed to know. So I ordered funnel cake fries and wings, then i ordered another order of funnel cake fries and wings and she barks "we don't have any funnel cake fries" so I change my order. Get to the window and politely let her know that she should work on her attitude and she closes the window in my face after taking my money.. at this point I wanted to reconsider spending my money but one monkey won't stop the show.. I was polite in asking her her name for this very reason. The point in this is 90% of this was due to The wrong tone and ATTITUDE... I could have EASILY been equally nasty towards her, I decided against it, and hopes she checks herself before she runs into someone that's not as...
