I really was not trying to write a negative review but Iām a loyal customer to this company especially this specific location and Iāve had enough. If itās not the little girl upfront, whoās too busy being on her phone while sheās taking orders, sheās always getting short with an attitude. She clearly doesnāt know the menu and how things work. I asked for a side of wet ranch and she was too busy texting on her phone so when I repeated myself, she caught an attitude and said āI already heard youā. I stated to her, āwell you didnāt say anythingā. She proceeded to hand me a a damn ranch from the refrigerator. I said no maāam the wet ranch that goes on the wings, not the dipping sauce. She said the dipping cup ranch is the ranch that goes on the wings. I said no Iāve been eating at this company for years the wet ranch sauce that goes on the wings is completely different from the dipping sauce in the refrigerator. She didnāt believe me so she proceeded to go back and speak Spanish to the worker in the kitchen asking him if the dipping sauce was the wing sauce or do you use another sauce. He proceeded to hand her the correct side of wet ranch sauce that goes on the wings. She caught a whole attitude got short with me just to be loud and wrong but thatās just one incident out of many. She just has a nasty demeanor and itās always getting short with folks. I put up with that long enough, but I went in yesterday and the white man at the register also doesnāt know what heās doing. He ran my order up wrong and tried to give me dried ranch instead of wet ranch. I kindly corrected him, no upset. But then when he handed me my wings because I had also gotten half hot teriyaki instead of hot teriyaki wings he handed me regular teriyaki. So I proceeded to ask him to take it back to the kitchen and have them re-dip it with the correct hot teriyaki sauce. He brought the Food back to me and it was literally double layered with a top layer of buffalo sauce. Of course I complain because I did not order buffalo wings. He proceeded to tell me thatās how they make the wings. Proceeded to tell him there is absolutely no way that this is correct. Iāve been coming to this place for over five Years.. this is not how they make the hot teriyaki sauce and if so, it wasnāt properly mixed putting my wings to teriyaki sauce and layering it with buffalo sauce. You canāt even taste the teriyaki because the buffalo over powers the wings and I donāt like buffalo wings. He proceeded to catch an attitude when I told him he can throw them away. He said no Iām not gonna throw them away Iām not gonna waste food. Iāll just give them to somebody. I know I said well thatās not my problem. He proceeded to take my food back to the kitchen and the Mexicans began laughing and complaining about the incorrectness of my order not only that but they took fries off of my plate. I know this because I had already salted my fries prior with seasoning salt and when I came back, there was less fries, and the seasoning of the fries was all mixed into the fries as if the Mexicans was trying to cover up the fact that he removed food from my plate. To punish me, they removed fries off of my plate. The cashier began to be apologetic, but I was at that point not hearing it because he had already caught an attitude after being again loud and wrong. I asked him is the guy back there knew and he said yes I usually am a lot more patient with people who are handling my food, but these people clearly didnāt know what they were doing. I was better off, going to the kitchen and making my own plate. I already knew this was going to be a terrible experience when I tried to call prior to place the order, but the phone was so static and I tried to tell the gentleman at the cashier that the phone static was so loud I couldnāt hear anything he was saying and he was getting short. I can guarantee you I would not be coming back to this location, unprofessional & the people the staffing have no idea what they are doing. But it wasn't til I made it home that part of my order was burned and overcooked. I lived 20 minutes away. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and explained about my order being burnt. She said I could come back and they will remake my order. I said I won't be able to come by that day but in the next few days I can. A few days later, I called the store to explain the issue with my order and asked if the manager was available. The worker said she wasn't there but she would be back the next day. The worker who I ask if he was the only cashier there, told me he didn't have permissions to input discounts so I can not get charged for the meal that was due to me. And I told him, the manager said she would let the workers know that I will be coming by to get my order corrected. Well, he said he didn't receive any note about correcting my order. I think it's ridiculous to not have the permissions to override transactions or put discounts in. Especially if you are the only cashier working on that particular day. He apologized and said I can come back tomorrow. Well I may decide to not come back at all because I don't have time for inconvenience nor do I have time for poor customer service. I will start going to another WNB Factory location because I don't have time for this type of service and I take customer service seriously!! My order should have been cooked and made right from the beginning regardless if it's an online or in person order. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience ever i only gave a star because of the drinks we gotanr mind you we had paid almost 55$ for a family of 4..we are from out of town and we just wanted to eat at a decent burger joint..anyway walked in guy took our order..we sat down and 30 mins went by and still no food.. guest was coming in getting their orders taken and walking out with food.. then the guy came to the table and stated that the cook pushed our order back and apologized..I informed him we had been sitting for 30 mins now and still no food..he said the new guy got the tickets mixed up and that he just started on our food...then 2 more guest walked in and got their orders taken and 5 mins later they walk out with their food by this time it had been about 45 mins..go up to the front and we had told him this is bad service.. and wanted our refund..we asked why did the previous guest get their food and we didn't get ours..he stated he didn't know and that the cook is new. Really upset that the guy up front tries to justify that the guy in the back is new and thats why our order was never made when it was sent in to begin with.. new or not if he doesn't know how to make orders as they come in maybe he shouldn't be the cook..even when we asked for the refund it looked like he never started our food to begin with.. Horrible Service.. we had to go elsewhere to eat by that time every other restaurant was closed or...
