This place is dirty. The bathroom, the seats, tables and floors need everything but the employees standing around talking to each other. The saddest part about this experience was the fact that the employees do not speak to the customers only the cashier when she takes payment. I asked for sprite why I get up there and they don't even serve sprite and the cashier didn't even say anything. I tried to speak to 3 other people in there none of them speak English and none of them spoke to me. Their behavior adds to the problems we have in this country with foreigners. Why don't they speak to their customers, I actually understand can respond in spanish. So why didn't they even try to speak to me. I guess because my skin is dark I was assumed to not know any spanish. I will never return to this place and its kinda messed up because I haven't been to a cicis in 20 years and I was so excited because my children love pizza. I wanted them to feel the excitement I used to feel when I would visit my aunt in Florida and she would take all of us cousins to eat all the pizza we wanted. It's wild to think this is literally one of three places that aren't too far for me to drive from my house and I will never return. I guess we'll try a cicis in florida. Hopefully they speak English or at least try to communicate with the customers if they dont. It's so sad because the white people in there were so racist and disgusting but I couldn't even fault them because who runs and establishment where the customers speak English but the workers act like they dont have to speak to us. Their lack of communication is adding to the reasons why Americans don't want them here. It's crazy I've never met a spanish speaker who didn't try to speak until I went here. I dont know if this is a franchise or what but do better because this experience was weird and I don't appreciate giving my money to people who after I pay can't talk to me. What's wrong with yall? Seriously why is this okay??? And I was charged for drinks and ended up drinking water because there was nothing else I could drink as we do not drink dark sodas or colored beverages. Whole...
Read moreWe have always came to this place with no issues. Lady at the cash register, was very disrespectful and was targeting us . We came to celebrate my mom’s birthday , sad to say it was ruined 😞. We were being targeted. Me and my mom drink water so we just got water cups including my little sisters . We’re not problematic at all , we respect everyone and their rules. We were very respectful until the lady came to our table and snatch both of my little sister’s drinks and threw it away in our faces. She said “ she guys only paid for water”. We let that slide we were like it’s ok . Then again 10 minutes later she came back and snatched the cups right back up without asking and did the same thing. She didn’t come to us nicely, we would have had paid if you were that desperate for a $2 cup . She was very disrespectful . She could have approached us the nice way, instead she snatched the drinks and had the nastiest attitude. We were very upset . Mind you there were so many people who had water cups that were filled up with soda. But we were the only ones targeted! They’re kids , how can someone be so cruel over a kid getting a drink? I got up to try to pay but she refused to ring me up . She called the cops and lied and said that we touched her . No where near did we ever tried to touch her . All this over a water cup . Again we have been at the location since 2014 , this was our childhood place. This was our first time getting cop’s called on us . Honestly who does all this over a water cup ? They were just kids getting a drink . We could of had done worst but we are not those type of people. Unfortunately we got kicked out . Even the polices were shocked, because all of this over a water cup was crazy. We even tipped the worker who cleaned our mess as we walked out . At the end she was the one who lost money by throwing away our drinks twice . Why throw it away in our faces and not just let them have it ? 🤦♀️ this world is so evil man . I pray that lady gets what she deserves. We have all the rights to sue her and for her behavior against us. Mainly for...
Read moreIn the holiday spirit, I tried really hard to find a reason to give this place two stars. But everywhere I turned, it screamed “zero” to me.
Let’s start at the front door. I always like to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff, so mission accomplished! Then came the confusion of how to ring up a sale. Seriously? Oh, yeah - in the holiday spirit, let’s admit that there were only two other customers there, so I guess it’s fair to assume that they forgot how, given the lack of opportunities for rote learning.
Now on to the (sigh, ok, I’ll be generous…) lukewarm pizza. I don’t expect gourmet for under 8 bucks, but at least make it hot, ok? When the entire layer of cheese comes off as a single congealed mass upon biting into it, that should be a warning sign. In fairness, the pepperoni pizza did have a single slice of pepperoni on each slice, so I guess quotas were met for the day!
On to the seating. Or should I say the remnants from the knife fight that seems to have transpired! Duct tape does wonders, guys. And adds to your ambiance. Try it!
Finally, the event that caused me to leave. One of the staff came over to the “waste” and “plates” area, dipped a dirty wash rag into a bucket of water, and proceeded to wipe down the table next to mine. Then over to the “waste” bin, where it was inserted elbow deep, and then withdrawn to reveal all of its stains in their colored glory. And back into the bucket of water. Where is the health department when you need them? Needless to say, I left before purging myself on the premises.
Well done, CiCis! May your holidays have the same...
