Taco John's — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

I didn't want to post this, but I felt I had to in order to hopefully have this count to change around the way this place operates and serves the community. My fiancée and I drove from Cheyenne to Scottsbluff, walked into DQ across the parking lot, it was horrible service, you can hear people bicker about being busy, we both just left, decided against it before anyone could help us. I chose Taco John's across the way, and I gotta tell you "Get Your receipt", my fiancée chose not to, I always get one, should have this day. Out of Good faith into the workers at Taco John's. We sat down after I cleaned our table we chose, we heard 2 unhappy customers yelling about wanting their money back, an older couple w/white hair waited for their food for 15 mins or longer, our wait was 20-25 mins, then when I asked about our order, the worker's at the counter asked what was our order? I told them what our order was after 20-25 mins later. I realize establishments get busy, but c'mon. Definitely wouldn't recommend "this" particular Taco John's to anyone. As far as fast food Mexican spots go, this is as good as it's gonna get in this town. The owners care about their place and it shows in the quality of food and of their services. Both inside and at the drive-thru, you can count on getting an accurate order that matches the description and is tasty. If you're out and about or just passing through on the highway and you're in need of something quick but not a typical, same-old same-old meal, stop in. Those guys will give you a hassle and frustration-free dining experience that won't leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.

I went in for lunch today and they weren’t terribly busy. I took forever for them to actually take our order! I only ordered a potato ole and it took close to 15 mins to get our food because the girls in the back were too busy messing around (dancing, singing, and worrying about what song was being played)! People came in after us and waited over 30 mins for their food and one lady complained and when she walked out the door they called her a very inappropriate name that was very uncalled for! The whole time we were sitting there eating these girls were using very inappropriate words and messing around! The one gal was even using gods name in vein very loudly which was very upsetting!
