It's really hard to choose the right amount of stars. The food could easily score a solid 5. Under the proper circumstances the experience overall could possibly be a 4.5+ . On our night however, there were some things that could've been better. Their hours are until 10P.M., we arrived 45m prior to close. When we walked in, it had that ghost town vibe due to no one present. We waited. Finally saw 2 female workers at back end of bar looking at their phones. My husband flagged one. She came over super friendly and approachable. She sat us with menus. Chips and salsa came instantly. Our server came right over. He was super eager for an order. Though we were told to take your time, there was still a feeling of being rushed. Yet from the time we placed the order and received it - our server was nowhere to be found. Our food came out 15-18m later and was really hot (to the touch, plates included). We had to be maybe 10min into eating our meal when the server began to ask if we needed anything from the kitchen ,it was wanting to close. We said no, he left. 4min later he was asking if we needed any to go containers, the bill ,etc. Once, he offered a to go cup for my margarita. We took the hint. We said yes to containers and bill. Even tough it was obvious we hadn't really eaten much of our meal. I brain freezed my taking down of the frozen margarita ( wasn't comfortable with alcohol in my car while driving). Saved the cup for my water instead. After I settled the bill. We waited for a bag. Server never came back. Found someone in the bar. She got us a bag. Had been taking drinks of my water at home. Something didn't seem right. Investigated more and realized that it's weird taste and ordor was of bleach. My poor husband he had squeezed lemon into his water and drank a majority. He was starting to complain of a bad stomach and that he didn't feel right. Anyways, our experience wasn't great and the reason for at least 3 stars instead of zero stars is because of it's food standard, the welcoming email response from manager after alerting them about the water experience. And because of our previous dine in experience during their afternoon service hours. Was our experience worth it's $50-60 : NO! We will maybe stick to earlier hours next time around. My best advice to P.M. service staff anywhere is that- if you're choosing to serve during the hours posted , be present, be attentive. And if you feel that your desire to close up is going to take priority over a customer receiving & enjoying the meal. Let them be aware of that. Let them know their menu order can be made to go due to it's arrival interfering with closing . Offer them a table for drinks along with chips & salsa while they wait. I would have preferred that courtesy instead of the feeling of being rushed out and then...

Read moreDidn't actually get to eat the food tonight, because I could not get service and ended up walking out and going elsewhere. I came in at 7:05 tonight; I know it was 7:05, because there was a sign on the door saying they were closing at 8:00pm for routine maintenance, so I checked my watch. I asked for a table of one and was promptly seated. And there I sat. And sat. A busser/helper brought me chips and salsa, but as I had no beverage, I wasn't going to eat the salsa yet. So I waited for someone to come and take my beverage order and hopefully eventually my food order. But alas, this did not happen. After sitting for about 15 minutes thereabouts, two guys came in and asked for a table for two and were seated at the booth directly across the aisle from me. Within three minutes, their server had come out and asked if they'd like something to drink. When I politely stopped her and asked her if I had a server, she said, "oh yeah; let me get him." Then she offered to get me a drink which was nice. I ordered a soda, and she brought that when she brought the other gentlemans' drinks. I continued to wait for my server, so I could give my order, which I was more than ready to at this point. I let the other server know, still no order taken. Becky, who was apparently my server although I never really got to talk to her, swung by at one point and said "she's getting your diet Coke right" and kept on walking. She then came back out a few later and proceeded to help the booth behind me with their check and whatnot. At no point did she come to the table, greet me, nothing; at the twenty-minute mark, I walked out. Now, thankfully, due to good service at a different restaurant nearby, I have just been served my food, so this is the end...
