What an amazing tasting menu for a season opening weekend after summer break. I have been dining at Atlas bistro regularly for the last couple years and the ever changing tasting menus featuring seasonal ingredients, always surprise with creativity. Fully dressed oysters come with the most original garnishes and are by far my most favorite in the valley. As a non-scallop lover, I was surprised by how delicious the scallops-served-two-ways dish was and found myself wanting more of it. Every dish was available with several dietary modifications, and they were just as delicious (as I got to try diary-free versions from a friend who was dining with me).
