This is the most friendly bunch. They're always smiling, they're always happy. They're super helpful, and I found that unless you're printing several labels they're not going to charge you. They ship UPS, FEDEX, USPS, and I think DHL also, based on the window however I've never used dhl. They even accept Amazon returns if you have an actual UPS label that they can print up. I've been going here for quite a while for ups packages, and whenever I do FedEx packages now, I'll be going there too. Even USPS when I can unless I have to go to the Post office. These people are amazing they're a small business run by women and they're just the friendliest ever. Please help support your local small businesses.

   Read moreDOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! Girlfriend dropped off packages TWICE, and the mail room typed in the wrong address both times. I paid out of my pocket to get the address changed while in route (which I don't think I should have been charged for in the first place), and the package STILL ended up at the wrong address! Luckily, we caught before leaving the store the second time. At least I won't have to worry about this a third time.
Update: If you read my review, I mention that my name is not the one in the customer database - it would be that of my girlfriend. And we just found out that you misspelled the address on the second package she dropped off 8 days ago - which would explain why it still hasn't even shipped. You spelled "Lexington" as "Lexigton". After going into the storefront today, I was surprised by the poor customer service I received when I walked in to physically retrieve a mail document. The young lady behind the counter did not greet me upon entry and when I said I am here to pick up a letter, she said rudely âAnd who are you?â. I politely advised her of my name and box number and then she asked for my ID. While she was retrieving my mail, she claimed that she thought I was another customer.
