The worst nose injection filler I have ever had in my life 20 years of experience is a joke this woman destroyed, my face, destroyed my nose, and did nothing about it to fix it told me to come back in two weeks. Try calling after no response. her filler migrated she did not even offer dissolver for her mess up. She made a mess on my face, and I’m still paying for it trying to have people remove it would not recommend at all she does not know anything about the anatomy of the face her strategy is making everything bigger for a fix doesn’t care about the shape of it doesn’t know about the diagram of a face i’m a palled she calls herself, award-winning so put so much filler in one spot repeatedly in wrong spot and naturally her cleaning 20 years of experience, you would trust the doctor thinking they would know what best suits you She did not know anything what she was doing very false advertising. I wished I would’ve never going to her. Worst experience of my life and I’ve been getting filler for a long time, my old injector retired. I recently sought their services before my business trip to Los Angeles / Las Vegas, and I wanted to look youthful. The Spa's medical director Megan Davies is well trained, caring, compassionate, and ensures that every client which DHH spa serves receives personalized attention with highest quality of care. I give DHH Spa 7 STARS for Quality of Care, and professional competence.

The client experience process is streamlined all the way from check in to check out, to follow up care. The oomph factor for me was the fact that there was a calm therapy dog in the clinic who will put anyone's wandering mind at ease. The dog "Louie" sat in my lap as if we were friends.

Staff's suggestions for the products that I needed for my skin were spot on. After few sessions of applying those products, I already feel a difference and my skin looks young.

The parking is easy, and the spa entry is about 100 feet from the parking spots. Spa has a CHIC vibe, which is accentuated by the warm glamour infused smiles of the staff members.

I was very happy with the experience so I left a Tip for the aesthetician. I believe that aestheticians should be tipped for their good work. But that's me !

This clinic is a joke and one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I went in for Botox and while the service itself was average, the injector was cold, unfriendly, and showed zero warmth or care. When you’re dealing with injectables, you expect professionalism and compassion, neither of which I experienced here.

But the real issue is how this place runs its business. They bribe clients with $50 discounts for every review they post, which is why most of their 5-star reviews are fake and misleading. It’s a scammy way to cover up their lack of real quality and integrity.

When I left an honest 3-star review about my experience, instead of accepting feedback like a professional, the owner Megan actually told me I was banned from coming back because my review wasn’t positive. Let that sink in, they only want your business if you lie and write glowing reviews. That is pathetic, manipulative, and shady.

If a business can’t handle honest feedback and treats paying clients like this, they don’t deserve anyone’s trust. I won’t be silenced, and people deserve to know exactly how this...
