Starbucks — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I am traveling in a Motorhome towing a truck and stopped I ordered 4 drinks. 1 tall cream carmel ribbon crunch, 1 iced chai tea latte with 2 pumps of brown sugar syrup, Carmel around the cup with salted Carmel cold foam, 1 iced chai tea with 3 shots of espresso, and 1 hot chai tea with 3 shots of espresso. When we received the drinks I noting there was no cold foam in the 1 drink. The gal asked for it back and put it in the cup. No apology. Got back to my Motorhome and headed out. Took a sip on the iced chai tea and did not taste an espresso. My husband said it looked to light to have 3 shots. Took a sip of my hot chai and lo and behold, no espresso. I called the store as I can not go back. It was hard enough to get in and out of the parking lot with our large vehicle. Spoke to a gal and she said I could not get a refund and there was nothing she could do u less we go back. I told her that’s not an option as we are in a very large Motorhome. She still refused to try and never apologized at all. Not one of the petiole working seemed to care they got 3 out of 4...

I visited this store a few minutes ago on 1/9/24 and my latte was made perfectly, despite lots of customizations... and the steamed milk was not burnt, which has been a frequent experience for me at other stores lately.

The barista was so pleasant and friendly, and my latte so good, I decided to go back for a second one after I finished my grocery shopping. There was a different barista this time, and she was also incredibly pleasant and friendly, and once again, my latte was absolutely perfect.

Kudos to this Starbucks for training their employees to make a good latte. And thank you so much to the two young women who helped me… Your pleasant nurse brought a smile to my face and really...

Bro skeeeee I gave this place to many shots I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure a lot of customers have seen me over wait a lot for one drink and this has happened a lot of times but today I went and got a frap and a latte the milk was rotten I was so mad but I couldn’t go back to get it remade they would have had me wait even longer anyway but last time I also didn’t get my pastries they said sorry but when I asked if I could get them they charged me again I’m ti nice tbh so I didn’t say anything than but me writing this review just shows how bad they are doing I gave them at least 5 shots just go...
