Taco Bell — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I stopped by at about 2:35am for some late night food. The store and drive-thru look brand-new! I tried the new chicken nuggets and nacho fries combo, and it was amazing! These are by far the best tasting and quality chicken nuggets on the fast food market, especially since most competitors serve them cold and stale! These nuggets are freshly fried and taste just as good or better than the fried chicken tenders at local dine-in establishments like bars and restaurants. The meat is juicy and super premium chicken, not processed with fillers. The fire ranch sauce was good, but they only let you get 1 of the 3 sauce types. The nacho fries are tasty and freshly fried but they were kind of soggy, which actually seemed to enhance the flavor surprisingly. The 5-pc combo comes with a large drink for $7.55 including tax, making it the most affordable...

My grandfather took us to the original location when we were kids in the 80’s. You traded history and LEGACY for neon trash. The girl that took my payment was understanding and sympathetic over my disappointment.

Your need to “upgrade” isn’t the actual reason for the 1 although it should be. The new location with the fancy this and that where I verified the order still made my order wrong. They forgot the green sauce. And it ruins the meal everytime- it’s been 8 months since I had Taco Bell at another location…this was my first time back in Scottsdale since it opened. I live more than 30 minutes away and drive Lyft so this is the last visit to this location. The disappointment of the location matched the disappointment of the food.

Dine-In you can stand up front by the register waiting to order for 10 mins and within that time not 1 employee will greet you.

Drive-thru employees harass you. "1 burrito supreme please. No sauce packets, nothing else." Any sauces?... I just said no and nothing else... anything to drink... do I need to say it a 3rd time or do u like harassing people?

We have to ask... no your job is to try and upsell, but I've already said nothing else 3x, so at this point you are harassing.

A few times I've been here I have the sugar for the cinnamon twist on my burrito. I hate sweets and def don't want sugar in my burritos. Grosses me out and I just throw it away and leave as I'm not the type of person to ask them to remake...
