Tandoori Nights Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Went tonight and had a great meal, the restaurant is a bit hidden and there is an unlit sign with an arrow on it, so make sure you know where you’re going. I might have been there a bit too close to closing time so it was empty, but the service was great and I felt like I was chatting with family. Will need to bring some friends and family next time I go.

I came in for one thing, some chai and an aloo paratha, it’s all I’ve been craving and the frozen ones don’t cut it…and I ended up wanting to try a few more things. Lots of options on the menu, so vegetarian or meat eater, you’ll have option.

Samosa was fresh, not frozen, the butter chicken was tender and the sauce was creamy, I’ll be eating the rest for lunch tomorrow and am looking...

It's Friday noon. My wife and I stepped into a very clean, and comfortable restaurant. The Indian buffet wasn't just good...it was outstanding. Wonderful variety, with all the proper spices. The naan was fresh and warm. The dishes were authentic. I'm on a low to no salt diet and the staff said they would assist in whatever my dietary requests would be. That's rare and refreshing. The Manager and Chef came to our table numerous times to make sure that we were happy. The whole staff couldn't have been nicer. We loved the food. It's worth giving this place a chance to succeed. Service was speedy- prepared on time- packaged well to go. Everyone expects their comfort food to be prepared in a certain way- or has a memory of when it was exceptional- so I won't get into details why I found the food unsatisfying for taste- I will say the worst bite I had of the night was the onion naan- very soggy and fall apart- I was most disappointed with the portion of the take out- I'm a rather petite lady and didn't find my meal size of curry enough- the size of a half pound deli salad container- I gave the ambiance a low score as the house lights were all the way up and just made a mental note I wouldn't want to dine in- sad, I really wanted to love this place as we...
