Atmosphere: Cool place!

Service: Like Chipotle -- pick your carbs, then veggies, then proteins. We have visited a few times now and everyone seems really friendly, helpful, and patient so far.

Food: So very flavourful. We've tried all the vegan options except for the coconut and spicy rices and we love them all. We get the F'n A and my favorite combo is currently the green rice & citrus quinoa, basil mushrooms & lemon basil green beans (or maple glazed sweet potatoes), and the sesame marinated tofu & chickpea salad, all topped with kalelujah (sauce).

One thing I really love about the sauces (aside from their names) is they are never added directly to the food. The sauces are pretty potent and everyone's palette is different -- I can use a lot of the kalelujah but I have to be careful with the buff-avo (spicy), so the sauces being kept separate keeps me from ruining...

In modest walls where warmth resides, Where every smile and plate aligns, There lives a place both calm and bold— A quiet gem: dear Fork N Bowl.

The scent of herbs, the sizzle low, A rhythm only passion knows; Each meal a craft, not made but meant, With every spice and moment spent.

No velvet rope nor marble floor, But heart that hums behind the door; Where service flows with gentle grace, And kindness fills the dining space.

We gather here through dusk and noon, Through rainy days or under moon. Not just to eat—but to belong, To share, to laugh, to linger long.

For comfort found in simple things— A broth that warms, a sauce that sings— Is worth far more than glitz or gold, And lives within this Fork N Bowl.

So raise your forks, your hearts, your eyes, To humble art that satisfies; For love like this—authentic, whole— Is plated proud at...

Passing through and couldn't find a Chopt around here so decided to try this.

Really wanted to like this place more as the service was A+. The food is super fresh and well flavoured. They have clearly put a lot of thought and love into the vibe of the restaurant.

However, the portion size is laughable. I got about two tablespoons of rice for real. 3 out of 5 options for protein cost more. The poke is an extra $2.99 and half of it was cucumber. All the toppings also cost more. It's super overpriced for what it is. I would rather the bowls be $14-15 and just give a bit more and don't charge extra. I understand food costs are high but this was a bit of a joke. Rice isn't that expensive....

I wish them luck as...

Excellent assortment of veggies and proteins!! I love medium hot temperatures of food so I do tend to go on the spicy side of life! Haha My meal consisted with the following: Brown rice, wild rice, parmesan broccoli, hot honey Brussel sprouts, herb grilled steak, panko crusted chicken tenders, Chipotle corn salsa, sliced almonds, and 3 sauces on the side (since I didnt want to ruin the pallet of my lunch if I didnt like the sauce) I gave it 4 stars cause of the Panko Crusted Chicken, I felt it was way over breaded or caked with panko and the crust started to break off, I would recommend changing to some type of grilled or lighty breaded chicken... Im definitely coming back for sure!!!

Service is friendly, atmosphere is cool and modern, food is unique and delicious! The make-your-own-bowl setup is quick, convenient, and appeals to those who are picky or have a certain flavor in mind. Think of Chipotle, but with variety and more healthy and fresh. The only tiny critique I have is that the hot honey brussels sprouts were too charred, but still flavorful! Try taking them out of the oven 4 minutes earlier. I hope this was an isolated incident. Will definitely be back!

I wanted to give this new takeout restaurant a try. I ordered brown rice, shrimp, and cauliflower. The place has very healthy options. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a cute restaurant. My food was ready and I left with it. When I dug in the meal was good. I enjoyed the shrimp a lot. The only thing was the cauliflower was a little too roasted for my liking. All in all, I had a good experience.
