I called to place an order of a cheese and steak calzone, with an order of boneless wings, I specifically asked how was the steak and cheese calzone made I got a sarcastic answer "steak cheese and sauce" so I ordered it thinking that it was just going to be a regular cheese. The driver not only shoved the food into my stomach meanwhile I am VISIBLY PREGNANT. I still tried to be nice and say thank you as he had a sour face and sped off. As to the order, They sent the calzone with mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese, in which I am fine with the Mozzarella cheese but I am allergic to the Ricotta Cheese so I called back and the Female Manager gave me a fight, as I continuously tried to explain to them that I am allergic to Ricotta Cheese, and that I am PREGNANT, so I cannot afford to have an allergic reaction with my child growing inside of me, and the Male Manager whispered under his breath "Convenient" which was EXTREMELY RUDE! They complained that they had a busy day, and could not do anything to help me even tho I have not eaten and explained that to them and they consistently tried to say that it was not their issue that the order was wrong, the customer service was HORRIBLE and I WILL NEVER ORDER...

WOW! A friend of mine had been telling me about this pizza restaurant for years. As a New Yorker- I was skeptical (we have the best pizza right? WRONG). I don't know what witchcraft is going on at Grandteed's- but it's working. I had pizza (of course) and some of their sides INCLUDING stromboli/calzones. It's been a week and it's all I can think about. All kidding aside, the flavors really came out swinging and the Pizza was extremely tasty and not like the mushy pizza that I usually get out of State. The stromboli was layered, held together and was crispy where it needed to be. The staff was extremely helpful and told me all about their specials and MOST important- everything was FRESH. None of that pizza that has been sitting half a day waiting for a poor mope like me to order it. Fresh and steaming. I love this place and I love their food. This really is a gem and next time I am in the area, I am hitting them up. They need a Goldbelly account so that I can order from New York. See you soon...
