Five Guys — Restaurant in Seabrook

Stayed in Seabrook, New Hampshire and ordered from 5 Guys . The food was actually very good a bacon cheeseburger, and small fries. I ordered takeout and delivery and was charged a ridiculous amount almost 7 dollars for taxes and fees and then paid another $3.40 to the delivery people and it was over $28 for the two items. That really isn’t the issue- They couldn’t be bothered to put some napkins in, and there was no place to order extra catch-up and salt for the fries on their app. I put the request in special instructions and even added it to the Instructions to the delivery person who I paid 20% to deliver this to the Best Western Hotel and Suites.

Have never ordered from five guys, but the app was ridiculous with regards to requesting anything additional or any special requests- So I guess asking for ketchup is too much. And given that I was in a hotel , I didn’t have access to paper towels or napkins, and they couldn’t be bothered to put that in. Very unimpressed- Obviously not trying to impress...

Had a fantastic experience here! Stopped in while on a road trip for a bite to eat and was immediately welcomed by the employees. I got a cheeseburger and a shake and they were both incredibly good. The cheeseburger seemed super well made and fresh, and the shake tasted amazing. It was the perfect consistency. My friend said his hot dog was the perfect temperature and was super good. He also mentioned that the fountain soda was really strong and not watered down like some fountain sodas are. The manager, Jordan, came by to ask how my food was and thanked me for being there. The whole restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. The next time I'm in the area I'll definitely choose this Five Guys; it gave the best fast food experience I've ever had. I came in about an hour and a half ago. The woman working in the black shirt - I believe she was being referred to as "Lindsay" (assuming a manager) was beyond rude to the rest of the staff. They could not be near her without her rolling her eyes or huffing and puffing. (Keep in mind they were all working hard and doing their jobs) A young man working was having a hard time with the milkshake machine and asked for some support, but she was so disrespectful. Rolled her eyes, was talking under her breath, huffing and puffing, and did not go over while I was in the store. I felt terrible for the young men working. It was a very uncomfortable and cruel environment to be in. These others workers...
