Hugely disappointing. Perhaps, the Chinese food they serve is better - despite not being a full-bleed Cajun, I am from Louisiana - and if you go as far as to put the word Cajun on your food or business - you'd better come correct. And these fine folk failed miserably- I say fine folk because the service was admirable, everyone was polite and punctual - but the food was lacking. The shrimp were overcooked , the crawfish had no proper seasoning- I don't mean it just wasn't hot - it was Blah - the seasoning/ flavor profile was off.... and that makes me disgusted; that the uninitiated would leave there thinking that THAT was what genuine Cajun crawfish taste like ... the boil-in bag method is bad enough - but to throw in gobs of the wrong seasoning at the last minute just isn't the way we cook. The three of us that dined there also dealt with some intestinal issues for a couple of days - which we believe was a direct result of this seafood "meal". I got the worst of it , being the cheapskate I am I didn't want my nearly $100 meal to go to waste and tried to finish it. Had I the good sense of my colleagues- I'd have left a few bites in as they did. Great people; I'd be willing to give them another try on the Chinese fare - but the seafood is NOT Cajun, and will not be risked a...

They were understaffed yet took in almost all who walked through the door. We had 6 in our party but we called in advance to let them know we were coming. Apparently lady on phone was confident they could serve us. Totally difft story once we sat down. Badically took over an hour to get our food. A dish here n there each 15 to 20 min but just not enough for 4 hungry kids n 2 parents each time a dish came. Warning, Do not expect the calamari to look like pic on menu (see actual). It was over cooked and barely had any flavor. I ordered the king crab combo with mild spice level and be warned: it was hot as hell! I asked server and was told order was correct. Without complaining much more, this place obviously ignored our orders so they could take care of smaller parties after us. When we finally got bulk of food, place was nearly empty. Food quality was meh at best. They took so long we cancelled beef chow fun. When bill came they tried to say sorry by giving us the beef chow fun to go. Good gesture but no way. Ruined our special family meal together. They need to get their act together to live up to their star level. At this time, 1...

When my mom, grandma, and I walked in the place was normal but then when we were sat down we noticed it is not just a Cajun place it was Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Cajun, and American. We ordered a pound of shrimp, 2 lobster tails, a mango juice, a Coke, sweet potato fries, and fried calamari. When we were trying the fries they were burnt like really burnt and tasted like charcoal, not even charcoal just straight up oil. Then the Calamari was so damn rubbery that even Luffy from the anime one piece would be jealous. Then they offered a refund for the fries but gave us the lemon pepper fries without th LEMON. After that they said to get out when it was barely 8:45pm before nine pm. Do not go...

Disappointed Cajun Experience As a true Cajun, I had high hopes for Juicy Crab’s crawfish, but I was let down. The crawfish weren’t boiled in the seasoning as they should be—instead, they were placed in a bag and shaken with seasoning after the fact. This made a huge difference in flavor and texture, and it just wasn’t the authentic experience I was expecting. The waitress was fine—she was polite and came when needed, so no complaints there. But if you’re looking for real Cajun-style boiled crawfish, this isn’t the place.
