Went w/ friends who visit this place on a regular bases. I ordered the fish tacos, grilled w/ beans & rice, my son got a Cascadia w/meat (not chicken I forget). Both portions were of good size & came out really quickly. My son ate all of his w/o a problem & said it was ok, but reached over to his friends plate (who was eating the super chicken nachos) & took a piece of chicken & w/was like wow that's really good. So.... My fish tacos were Hella spicy....as in hot w/no flavor & I love fish tacos I order them ALL the time when I can... but these where way to much. Basic beans & rice w/no flavor either so I ate 1 taco took the rest togo & had it at home the next day by adding other seasonings & put it w/a salad to take some of the cajian spice out. Much better. I even tasted a shrimp from my friends shrimp tacos (that I almost ordered) & again they were also Hella spicy w/o flavor. Didn't seem to bother my friend since they were is go to item, he loves them. It's one thing when you order something spicy or blackened you expect it (which I do enjoy on catfish or other meat), but on cod 🤔 fish tacos... yeah it's an experiment gone wrong. My 🌟 rating is based on the other food that was sampled through our friends & how full mostly everyone felt...
Read moreA real mixed bag here. Let's start with the positives. This is one of the most beautifully painted Mexican restaurants I've ever been into especially for a counter-service one. Very comfortable with high ceilings high top and low top table seating options. To dining areas. A beautiful salsa bar with fresh everything fantastic marinated carrot onion medley.
I can't comment on the meats. I had huevo ranchero ranchera with scrambled eggs. I specifically asked for soft scrambled eggs and I had told the counter girl very specifically and gave her a image to take to the cook. They still brought back eggs that were hard scrambled with brown on them. Pathetic excuse for a cook can't help himself from burning eggs. They didn't even apologize or offer to remake the eggs. That's bad service.
On the positive side the portions were huge the rice was cooked well in the beans were delicious. The price was fair for what you get these days I guess including a very well stocks also bar with chips that were delicious. They just need to learn how to cook eggs in this...

Beware if You Have a Service Dog
The woman at the counter, Vienney, was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Her behavior was unacceptable, especially for someone representing a business. After we politely explained the laws regarding service dogs, that it’s illegal to ask for papers or certificates, she pointed to a sign claiming the restaurant has the “right to refuse service.”
Let’s be clear: refusing service or harassing a customer with a legitimate service dog is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Every restaurant is required by law to accommodate service animals and treat patrons with respect.
It’s unfortunate, because the food itself was decent, the salsa bar and unlimited chips were nice, and the super burrito was okay, but no amount of food quality makes up for discrimination and disrespect.
Because of this incident, I will never return and will be filing a formal ADA complaint for a civil rights violation. No one with a service animal should ever be...
