This store has single handedly given me the worst experience.
Originally my boyfriend and I rolled through the drive through about a month or so ago so I could try the Nitro Cold Brew. I was a little unsure on how to order it but âGrande nitro cold brew with salted creamâ should have gotten the point across. Instead the barista started mocking my speech (I have a very slight stutter/lisp) and making me repeat myself, when I know she heard me the first time from her snickering.
However it didnât end there since they were out of cold brew and I now had to tell this rude barista a different drink. At this point I knew if I had gone to the one by home depot, I would have already been finished with at least one of our drinks and with the same drinks I was now getting.
When we get to the window, we donât get greeted. Okay fine I get it since youâre probably busy. However when she practically throws our change at us, gets both drinks wrong, and rolls her eyes when I say âthank you, have a nice dayâ then I have a problem. I wish I could have gotten her name but she didnât have a name tag on. (Probably so I couldnât report her.)
However I have came back since this visit believing the original to be a fluke and I didnât speak, just had my boyfriend order and the store was still just as rude and unwelcoming....
   Read moreThis morning was a little hectic it for me as a friend of mine is having her little one, I myself am currently pregnant with a two-year-old. I really wanted to get Starbucks this morning. I donât want to say exactly verbatim what was done for me this morning, but The service practiced at this Starbucks is forgotten by many other Businesses in the service industry. Every time I come to this Starbucks everybody is friendly everybody is kind everybody is courteous and they have a smile on their face. I come to the Starbucks quite often and itâs nice that after an extended move from Texas, I feel like this place has a southern twang of genuine niceness. May God bless every individual that worked there this morning and I will continue to be getting my coffees and treats from there. Always my first stop, I never think twice! This is the best Starbucks in Seaside hands-down.

   Read moreThis location is always very friendly but tends to get your order wrong. I was also confused as to why they couldnât find a way to help me use an in-app half off coupon. The Starbucks app didnât provide a barcode so instead of figuring out a way to give me the discount I was given a âthatâs a bummer. Sorry.â Iâve worked in food service and if someoneâs coupon didnât work due to something out of their control, we always figured out a way to sort it out. Anytime theyâve gotten my order wrong and Iâve had to go back up to the window, no one has ever bothered to give a simple âsorry about that.â Again, generally friendly but that doesnât mean customer service...
