TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Seaside

I want to start off by saying how horribly upset I am that this TOGO'S not good. And not good is an understatement. Not only is this a brand new location which had so many of us in the area excited, it's also located in close proximity to a ton of brand new homes. So, you would think the quality of customer service, food, cleanliness, and overall experience would have been at least minimal standards. And when I say that, minimal simple things like not having food all over the floor (I almost tripped), and a simple hi when you go to order. Oh, and when you pay for double chicken on a salad wrap you actually get chicken. Our experience here was so off putting that we will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN... and for that matter at Togo's again. The Asian Salad Chicken Wrap was a favorite of ours for literally years since it was a healthy alternative to fast food... we actually use to enjoy it. Fast forward and what we got at this BRAND NEW ESTABLISHMENT was not only absent of the double chicken I paid (double) for... it was mainly like eating a wrap with nothing in it... good going franchise owner I'll be sure to tell my neighbors not to go there! Oh and customer service, there's no such thing unless you are referring to the people in there who merely have a pulse. It seems like the philosophy here is spend as little as possible with a hope that people will just eat here simply because Togo's is good... oh wait it use to be. I would not recommend going here! Went to take my parent's out for a drive started in Salinas and drove to Monterey thru the scenic route Highway 1 near Cannery Row then through to Pacific Grove and & finished up at Pebble Beach area. We were ready to grab a bite to it we all decided to grab a fresh sandwich. Where else to get a delicious sandwich we all said Togo's. So we cruise to Seaside and had spent around 50.00 that included with 4 chips and 4 drinks and 4 sandwiches for 4 persons. Unfortunately my sandwich was not prepared correctly but I enjoyed the sandwich even though. Afterwards I called Togo's spoke to Zeke and he said the next time I'm in town swing by there for a sandwich on Togo's. Thank you Togo's for making it just a little bit easier to deal with life itself. When things don't go right you showed us a great attitude all the way around of our experience at Togo's. We ordered Togo’s for an event during our wedding. It felt like a risky choice, but Togo’s and Ivana (the manager of Togo’s Sand City) ended up being one of our favorite vendors. From the start, Ivana was easily available, explained our options for a large (100 person) catering order, and reassured us that our needs would be met.

Ivana was incredibly helpful on the day of our wedding event. Weddings are stressful, but Ivana made sure to let us know when she was on her way. She showed up on time, with our exact order, and plenty of plates and other plasticware to cover our guests.
