El Milagro Restaurant — Restaurant in Seaside

Walked in and it looked like any other Mexican restaurant but things would go south by the time I ordered. When asking to get more information about a dish, waitress would role her eyes and not even really elaborate. When I decided on an item I asked for the cheese on the side and that if they can change the black beans to pinto beans. She looked and me and said I'll write it down but I don't think they will make it the way you want it because the kitchen is really busy. Horrible service. Took an hour to finally give us what we ordered after eating chips the whole time. For us the food was not so great. We asked for our check. We sat there for 30 minutes and no check. We got up to go the register, the waitress looked at us like, "what do u want face". We asked to pay our tab. We paid and left. Will be going there ever...
