AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
Worst experience I have ever had at an airport diner and maybe at any restaurant experience. It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review. I usually just shrug it off. However, this was so bad even my husband made sure I wrote it and he never complains.
There were 5 of us in our party. We sat at two separate tables, as the only one to accommodate all 5 was taken. Kate, our waitress came to take our order. My disabled cousin was trying to get out her order and was taking too long, when Kate snapped all of our menus and said, you can just order on your phone and pointed to the scan code. We were flabbergasted to say the least.
The ordering scan process was very confusing - but we were able to get through it. Or so we thought. A table that accommodated all 5 of us opened up right next to ours. We asked Kate if we could switch seats/tables so we could all be together. They were right next to each other. Kate said absolutely not, you are in my section and that table is in another section. The other waitress was near and said it would be ok. Kate, said no. I asked to talk to the manager and she said there wasn't one.
Then people started getting orders before ours. We checked if our order went through and we had been charged, but no food. I went up to check and the kitchen said they never got our order. Kate came over and was noticeably annoyed I was up checking on my order. (She was bartending and not available).
She asked the kitchen to make my order - and only half of what we paid for came to the table. I tried to tell the other waitress our situation (as Kate was bartending and not available) and she said she will let the manager know. Manager? I thought there wasn't a manager.
When I told the manager we ordered 2 additional items, Kate came up and gave us 1 item and said - we can't your order, just take this. I said, we had already been charged for it and more items. Then my husband was able to pull up the receipt and showed her the 2 additional items we ordered and paid for, Kate said she couldn't find it in her system.
We finally got our items almost 30 minutes later then our family and unfortunately none of them were worth waiting for. Zero taste for the guacamole, no salsa and the queso tasted like it was out of a can.
The most disturbing aspect was the lack of respect for their customers. The fact that Kate was so rude and dismissive, lied about not having a manager, when there clearly was one and the fact that all of that unnecessary nonsense came at the cost of waiting for horrible food.
I wished we would have checked the reviews. We found out the hard way to never go back. There are other restaurants at the airport. We never do fast food, but this would have been an exception and most likely better tasting and treatment.

Read morePaid a ridiculous $15 for a meagerly small breakfast burrito and I didn’t even add any meat on it. Then when to sit down at the cafe because I had just got in for my layover from an overnight flight. It’s 6:36 AM. Bartender rudely asks me twice (I am one of 2 total people sitting in the about 30 chairs) to leave because I’m not a bar patron so I can’t use one of the 30 chairs while I wait for my ridiculously overpriced burrito that I just paid this establishment for. I end up sitting on the floor in front of the take out area. Seriously I spend that much money and you can’t even let me sit down. Bartender has got to be a total moron or something. Really ugly looking guy too, I mean hideous. Buddy if you really think you can fill 30 seats at an airport bar at 6 friggin 36 AM in the morning you’re completely delusional. You’re an airport bartender dude and you work the morning shift. Aka nobody likes your drinks, that’s probably why you can’t get a job at a real bar. I know you (bartender) asked me to leave too because I was watching you (very unsuccessfully) try and flirt with the girl who made the burrito. Nice going pal it’s obvious she thinks you’re a creep. Next time maybe she’ll be impressed by your kindness when you let someone who’s tired sit in one of the 30 empty chairs. If this was a real restaurant and I wasn’t forced by my short layover to get food here I would have at a minimum got a refund, but if this place wasn’t in the airport I sure would have had some stronger words for this ugly bartender (like bro you are so unattractive it’s kinda concerning, maybe think about wearing a mask or something Jesus). Anyways wanted to write this review so hopefully this bartender can see that I wish him a miserable rest of his time working there. Oh wait I don’t have to wish him that, he works at heinously terrible airport bar with food so bland no amount of price gouging could fix the flavor. Everyday is probably misery. You deserve it big guy! I wish you bad luck on getting a real...
Read moreI will NEVER eat here again! They have a Kiosk in the front of the counter with a sign that says to go. I asked an employee if this is where I order and she said yes. I am traveling and finally found something new to try. When I walked over to sit down some man that was at the bar counter rudely told me the the seats were for dine in ONLY and if I had ordered to go that I could not eat there. I really did not understand this because the place was empty and it was full of open tables. I would have liked to enjoy an alcoholic beverage while I ate there but the concept is very confusing to someone is has been traveling all day and is looking for somewhere to eat. I recently got this territory in Washington and I will be going through this terminal but I will never spend my hard earned money on your establishment. I often say common sense is NOT common. How can a grown adult male not be able to make the distinction of when it’s not busy people can eat there and maybe try to sell an alcohol beverage instead of being rude to guest that are paying and dining there. We don’t know the “rules” Educate your team to be better at what they do and to see the big picture. I very rarely leave a bad review and I will always remember how the rude server/bartender or manager who ever it was how he treated me. I will make sure to tell all my friends and colleagues that travel through SeaTac not to dine here. I should have read the reviews.
