One evening, I left my hotel, CitizenM, and I noticed the hotel employees were putting out an unwelcome guess. I ran after the gentleman and tried to converse with the male. I saw something was “off” about the man, but I did not care to bring it to his awareness. I asked the man about his childhood and where he “turned left.” Soon after, two gentlemen with wine glasses walked past us inside Bacovino. One was the owner; I cannot remember his name at the moment, but I bet if I saw him, I could, and the other was a new employee, whose name I know, but I will not say because I can't remember the owner's name. Lol. They know who I am talking about. I came into the building tipsy, and the gentlemen showed me the best hospitality one can get. They asked me if I wanted to taste wine, and I said yes excitedly. There was one problem I had to get rid of first kindly. Yes, you guessed it, the first man I was talking to was on a harsh drug within the last 6 hours. I'm happy he was truthful, and I had to deny him the wine-tasting service. I gave the man $14. I hope he changed his life for the better with that. After he left, I had the best wine-tasting experience one can get. I got to learn the pronunciation of the grapes, the regions they are from, and the story behind the product. These guys told me about their backgrounds, and I honestly feel like I could call them friends. It's so sad I can't remember the owner's name. I'm shaking my head, lol. They insisted I come the next day, but I got carried away going to Baine Bridge Island. If I could give Bacovino 1,000,000,000 stars on their rating, I would still throw an extra billion on top of that. Their wine is fantastic and is the best one(s) I've ever tasted. I neeeeeeeeeeeed to go back. I also was joking; the owner's name is Randy, and I firmly believe Rob was his top-of-the-line sidekick. I had a time here, and you...
Read moreWe had the pleasure of booking a last-minute social event at Bacovino in Pioneer Square, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. As an event company, it's rare to find a venue that is not only responsive and accommodating on short notice, but also provides such a welcoming, stylish, and flexible space.
The Bacovino team was attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help make our event a success.
Our guests had a fantastic time, and the overall vibe was exactly what we hoped for—elevated yet warm and approachable. I highly recommend hosting events at Bacovino, whether you're planning something small and intimate or a larger gathering.
We’re already looking forward to hosting more events with them later this year!

Read moreI recently hosted a small client gathering at Bacovino, and it exceeded every expectation. The space itself is warm and welcoming—perfect for great conversation and connection.
The wine selection was not only delicious but also thoughtfully priced, with the added bonus of being made locally (something I deeply appreciate). Dan’s service was impeccable—attentive, gracious, and full of thoughtful touches that made our group feel genuinely cared for.
