Eons ago I lived in Naples for about 5 yrs... my surprise experience at Uno reminded me so much of that period, the warmth of service & Italian authenticity I haven't experienced anywhere in Seattle in my 30+ yrs since I transplanted... it got even better...the owner offered me some classical Turkish dishes he has reserved for select few of his regulars like the national favorite LAHMACUN (pronounced Laa'maajoon)!!! They even have the Turkish national beverage AYRAN (pronounced I-run) that's traditionally served w/ Lahmacun in Turkey! Ayran is so much better, i.e. healthier & way more refreshing than any kefir product one can get anywhere in Seattle!!! They are friendly, affordable, and their pizza is...
