I recently had the pleasure of trying the "Cotto Special" at Bottega Gabriele, and it's a standout. The quality of the ingredients truly shines through, from the thinly sliced prosciutto cotto to the incredibly fresh burrata. The addition of aged pecorino brings a wonderful depth S w flavo, and the spicy 'nduja adds a delightful warmth without being overpowering which was an add on. The arugula provides a fresh, peppery finish that ties everything together perfectly. This isn't just sandwich; it's a well-crafted culinary experience. The inviting atmosphere and friendly service at Bottega Gabriele only enhance h2e enjoyment. Highly, highly recommend!

So happy this new little Italian-owned bottega is here. It's hard finding truly great sandwiches in Seattle, and this deli has top quality authentic ingredients. My first visit I had the special; pancetta, burrata, pistachio pesto and arugula on focaccia. Everything was sliced and tempered perfectly with the right ratios--the bread soft and ever so slightly toasted. Can't wait to come back and try more with friends and family

Just moved back home to the Seattle area from San Diego and am happy to find this place! Close to the Ferry Terminal so we can take the Fast Ferry over for a sandwich anytime! I had the special as you can see in the photo and it was fresh and delicious. Will be back soon. (Grazie di nuovo per il caffè!)

Wow! What a great spot! I got the mortadella sandwich and added nduja and everything about it was perfection. The bread, the sandwich, the proportions, all so delicious and fresh. I took my sandwich to go but the cafe seating was cute and plentiful and the staff were all really friendly, full of Italian hospitality. A GREAT addition to the neighborhood. I will note, the menu is meat and fish only, though I bet if you asked they could whip up a caprese sandwich for...
