The final straw with our club membership, Big Papa is now sold at Costco, for the same price, if not cheaper than our club price we pay for being members. Have brought it up before to staff that their product was being sold in costco. Each time we were told they sold different varieties to costco, than they do to the club members. Efeste has sold out to Costco, and does not need the help of club members to continue what they are doing. I'll be going in to pick up my last club pickup, and cancel my membership. Not only have we continually been treated poorly at events, to the point where we were turned away from ones we have had reservations for, but seeing the product on the big box shelves was the least appealing thing I have seen Efeste do.
