Always down to dry a new pho place! If you’re looking for a sports bar/dining hall vibe, especially before a Mariner’s game, this is your place.

Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered the Antibiotics Free Steak Pho and Brisket Pho — loved the broth, noodles, and fresh veggies! The only downside was the meat. I prefer a thicker, more rare cut of beef for the steak pho but I think that’s the price for antibiotics free meat(?). I finished the entire bowl, broth and all.

Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You get a text when your food’s ready but you also can check the screen above the pickup counter for your order status. Pretty cool for those who want an update without asking an employee 🤣 Food was picked up at the counter in compostable dinnerware. I like the sustainability but I’m unsure about the impact with the dine-in food also being served in compostable dinnerware. It wasn’t very clear that you bus your own table so there was leftover food and containers from previous guests.

Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Combine a pho restaurant with a beer hall and you get this place! There’s a self-serve beer wall and bar in the back to the right of the counter. The dining hall concept is nice if you have a big group (especially before an M’s game!). We highly recommend street parking since the nearby ramp was charging almost $10 per hour. Definitely coming back if I’m craving pho before a...

Stopped in on their 3rd full day open before a mariners game. Oh boy am I glad we stopped. Beautiful place from the outdoor seating to the inside. Large beer wall with 40 beers on tap. Super cute/cool atmosphere, would be a great place to catch any game on their massive screen! My cousin with us is a vegan and they had plenty of options for him as well we ordered a few things that were recommended to us. Oysters, wild gulf shrimp Bahn mi bites, and the pho taters. We also got a Thai tea, and tried a couple beers. My cousin ordered a vegetable pho, which was really good. Let me tell you about the rest of the delicious food. Nothing was not good! The meat on the taters are soaked in the pho broth, so there is some extreme flavor there. The shrimp Bahn mi bites, were soft, with a little crunch from the bread and oh so Cheesy! The oysters were also cooked perfectly. Everything had massive flavor. Vinason Pho does non-gmo and gluten free where possible. Good food and quality food. I love that it is a self service restaurant, order at your table or at the kiosk. It's truly a...

I wanted to love this place. I love Pho and eat it at least 3-4 times a month. Where to start? You go up to a computer, order, go find a seat, they yell out your name to come up and pick up your food. Everything is paper and plastic wear, no one welcomes you or says hi or anything which is fine I guess but don’t automatically ask me for a tip at checkout. What am I tipping for? I did half of the work. The regular size you get here is a kids size at any other pho place you go.. and it’s $16. I ordered the steak pho and half of my meat was just fat (as shown in the picture I attached) on top of being mostly fat pieces, you got barely any meat and they were all tiny little pieces. To calculate the total amount of protein you get, just triple what you see in my photo. The broth was actually pretty tasty but you barely got any of that too. It was mostly noodles. Does look like a sweet place to watch the game as they have a giant projector screen but I go to pho...

I really wanted to like this place because I heard their pho was good. I was disappointed that everything is self serve and non personal, however. You order at a kiosk and they call your name when the food is ready. The pho was delicious and so was the vermicelli. The tofu sandwich is alright. The flavor of the curry is delicious but the yams in it were freezer burned tasting and the giant pieces of chicken in it were full of grizzle. The chicken wings tasted like they were cooked in old fishy grease and extremely dry. I was not able to finish even one. The inside of the restaurant is large and open. It looks inviting. There is also seating outside near some water fountains. The food is very pricey for the quality in my opinion.
