Bloom Bistro brings fresher than fresh, artfully crafted dishes that bring new meaning to Farm to Table in White Center!!! Since it’s opening (which has only been a couple of days,) I have ordered from Bloom Bistro at least 4 times, all of it was AMAZING and I can’t wait to come back for more!!! The food is delicious, you can tell that the dishes are made with love and care. I’ve tried: Eggs in Purgatory are a wonderful breakfast treat for anyone who loves Indian fare and the pastries and small treats that change daily (at least very frequently I noticed) have all been incredible. I would have taken a photo of the Blueberry Basil Empanada, but it was gone by the time I thought to take a picture. The Classic breakfast is so satisfying and the biscuits are out of this world good. The other day I had a blueberry galette which had the flakiest, most melt-in your-mouth crust I have ever had. The portions are not overwhelming, but are just right. I never feel overly stuffed, but satisfied. I can tell the difference in the way I feel after eating Bloom’s dishes: I haven’t felt heavy or sluggish, even after eating eggs with potatoes and biscuits! There is such a huge difference when you enjoy food that is truly fresh and cared for from the ground to your plate. One of the best things about Bloom: it’s not crazy expensive and makes eating super fresh (and incredibly tasty) food accessible. If you want to support a small business that invests in the community through sourcing locally (I looked on their website for this info) while enjoying seriously amazing food, go get...

Update: Tried a sesame bagel with tofu and vegan cheese. This was pretty good and would get this again. Some vegan cream cheese and pickled veggies on this would take this flavor up a notch. Need to try some other bagel flavors next time.

Located in a neighborhood with street parking. Was excited they had a veggie bagel sandwich on the menu.

Came in the afternoon, no line but we wanted two veggie bagels but they only had enough mushroom for one sandwich. Which was fine. I ordered a veggie sandwich on garlic bagel. Unfortunately they ran out of vegan cream cheese but they subbed a slice of vegan cheddar. The garlic was a bit too charred so it tasted bitter. It was an alright sandwich. Also ordered the tofu with vegan cheddar. This tasted pretty good and would order that again.

Peeps working were nice and helpful when offering suggestions to vegetarian/vegan options.

Would I come here again? Maybe when I’m craving a bagel and if...

Where have you been all my life?! The bagels have a chewy crust, but they are soft/compress well enough so you don’t need to unhinge your jaw. The bagels have a nice bite and would work well with solid fillings like lox or tomatoes. I can see something like tuna/egg salad being a little messy but doable. You can order the bagels separately, with a spread, or in a sandwich.

I LOVED the everything bagel could be toasted without the dried garlic seasoning turning into char. Seriously, it’s easier said than done (ahem Loxsmith).

I swung by on a Saturday before noon. There were 6 other patrons inside. The process of lining up, ordering, leaving with my food took about 10minutes tops. Despite the quick transaction, it gave me plenty of time to look over the pantry staples and local goods for sale. There’s cute bench seating, a couple of tables for two, and a cute park a block away. Street...

Great little neighborhood spot in Georgetown! I had the rosemary sea salt bagel with spinach & artichoke schmear—super flavorful. (Didn’t know what "schmear" meant, but it’s basically cream cheese with optional flavors!) My husband enjoyed a classic breakfast bagel sandwich. Good service šŸ‘ Simple Drop coffee was smooth and well-balanced. The space is bright and welcoming, with local art on the walls, small kids hanging out, and even a dog visitor. Cozy, friendly, and full of local charm.

Hark! We havst traveled from the far lands of the hills of Seattle to partake upon the highest quality and most delicious bagels in the Northwest lands of the Pacific. The vibies and the bagels have brought joy and brightness to our life this morning and we shalt return many a time in a future. Arrive here with haste and enjoy the greatest bagel in the land.
