Awesome burger place in Pioneer Square!!!

Best aspects: 1) quality, tasty and creative burgers (give the PB&J a try), 2) crispy bacon, 3) Widmer Hefeweizen on tap, 4) often a great chill and moody trance/electronic melodic ambient music, 5) great veggie patty option, 6) friendly and helpful servers - quality people :)

Could improve: 1) Dark tables need more light accent lights - especially against the north wall. Kinda expensive but their burgers, fries, sauces, and drinks are amazing! I did a build your own burger and added bacon. Oh my - the bacon they use is delicious, thick, and cooked perfectly! The atmosphere has been pretty chill the few times I've been in. The staff are kind and accommodating. For a burger bar the burger was sub par compared to the other places I’ve gone on the east coast. The burger meat was cooked fine and the bun was good but there wasn’t any juicy flavor to the burger meat. You can put all the toppings on a burger that you want but I think the meat makes the burger; they need to season it up or get a different blend of meats.
