Cafe Argento — Restaurant in Seattle

The staff at this cafe should teach classes on customer service and kindness. The most lovely staff. To top it off, the coffee and food was great. I sat in the Cafe for about an hour and listened to the staff, talk to customers, give out hugs, and genuinely care about the regular customers.

My sister is blind and when we meet up for coffee, lunch, or shopping, I am always hopeful the staff will recognize the white cane and adjust appropriately. This place again was above the mark. The staff helped guide her to the front counter. Helped with the card transaction and brought the food and beverage to her when it was ready.

One of the hardest parts of going out is hearing someone say to her it's right there and point. It's so frustrating... the barista at this cafe explained what was on the screen and made the selections for her.

I've been going here for the past year and love the staff. They're all very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. There's times where I see them being super busy, but they're able to stay so on top of orders that they'd occasionally give an ETA on your order to not make it feel like your order got lost in the shuffle.

The atmosphere of the cafe is very cute and feels like it has a personal touch to the space, rather than it being another cookie cutter design cafe.

Their breakfast sandwich is delicious, you have the option to get it with turkey (unfortunately no bacon option), then throw in some hot sauce and get it on a jalapeño cheddar bagel while you're at it. You won't regret it.

Stopped by this cute little spot for coffee and breakfast sandwiches to-go. The staff was attentive, kind, helpful and efficient! Having not had my morning coffee yet, combined with new place and new menu, I was a bit slow to order and the owner was so kind and helpful even saying “it’s ok, you’re in a new place!”, and to someone with a bit of ordering anxiety who was very groggy, this was so appreciated and made my day. The order came up fast and was wrapped up so cute!

Not only is the staff amazing, but those breakfast bagels, wow! I got a Turkey sandwich on an Asiago bagel with no veg and my husband had the Turkey on Asiago with veg and this may have been the best bagel sandwich either of us ever had. Coffee is doing the trick too!
