Lovely venue but not particularly well marked from the outside & not very ADA compliant. Parking is across the street & then up 2 significant flights of stairs. There may be a w/c ramp on the other side but it was really raining & I wasn't into exploring for one. Inside, it is on the 4th floor with an elevator in the building. But from the 4th floor lobby, the theater is accessed by additional sets of stairs. Inside, I saw zero wheelchair accessible spots. There is a set of fairly steep stairs leading down to the stage. There is no handrail & the seats are just low enough that it is a weird step down. If you look at the picture, you can see how low the seat backs are in contrast to the seated person.

The website didn't have any information on their bag or backpack policy. I called and nobody picked up to answer my question, which is more on the film festival...
Read moreThis was a really great hall that I didn't realize existed on Broadway. There was an elevator as well as a ramp that did not require me to go up or down any stairs in order to get into the seating area. That was a big advantage for me. Also parking was pretty easy to find and we were there on a Saturday night. The seats were comfortable the bathroom, was clean and nice, all in all it was a really lovely venue that I would like to go back to...
