Read morePretty good coffee. Pretty dang expensive. And pretty dang trashy. No reusable cups, everything served in single use plastic cups. No better way to give the middle finger to the environment than depositing bags and bags of single use plastic cups into the landfill. Please consider serving customers with reusable ceramic mugs and cups. Not only will it make for a classier establishment, you’ll actually help to show some love to Mother Nature.

I think that it speaks to the depth of beautiful shops here in Ballard but I found this sophisticated cafe completely by accident while I was looking for something else. I originally mistook this cafe for Miro Tea, which is apparently next door, so I was originally curious as to why there are so many more coffee than tea options. Still, I ordered a chai tea here and greatly enjoyed my time in this classy, European space, filled with delicious brews and a decent breakfast menu. The cowboy sandwich that I had was not particularly special, but there are a wide variety of menu options that I presume are a little tastier.
