Day Made is the newest coffee bar in Pioneer Square. Located in the former Fruitsuper location. A Copenhagen-style kaffe bar with specialty pour overs, espresso, tea and soft serve. Also carrier of Coffee Collective beans. Visited this charming cafe yesterday with friends from work. I can see sitting here during lunch with a book, drawing or editing photos. Wonder natural lighting, clean lines. Counter seats along the window up front along with tables on the main floor. There is an upstairs I'll have to check out next time. I enjoyed my espresso tonic very slightly sweetened with just a dash of apple juice. I like that it's all about the taste of the coffee at this cafe you won't find any flavored syrups, you may add a bit of simple syrup if you desire. Also found out chatting with Ash the owner, that Day Made will be carrying pastries from Ben's Bread and my favorite treat from Pan de La Selva their semita cause it is reminiscent of a Copenhagen dessert. From the real mugs, to the glass plates, to the metal silverware, to the refillable cups at the water station…beautiful :)

By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean, man fish, so it means a lot to me as a customer to support businesses that are mindful of our planet.

I also appreciate that you have a Compost receptacle. Overall, I had a lovely experience here. The food and the coffee were delicious as well.

Day Made is a fairly new Danish-style coffee shop in Pioneer Square that has unique coffees and soft serve.

At the owner’s recommendation, I tried the affogato with olive oil and espresso dust. It was delicious and I have never had an affogato made like that before.

My partner ordered the apple espresso tonic. He loved it. I had a sip and thought it was refreshing. I’d love to come back and have the affogato again and try more...
