There was a mixup with our Doordash driver tonight (Katy and Catie both ordered around the same time), and the team working at your Fremont location exceeded all expectations when we called to let them know about the mixup and incorrect delivery. Not only was the gal on the phone extremely kind and apologetic even though it was not her fault, she voided the charge when we came to pick up our remade correct order. I hope this feedback reaches the team working this evening (closing time on Wednesday the 24th). It truly is the little things and genuine kindness that make all the difference. I come here at least once a month. The ingredients are fresh and the salads are a good value. I usually pick from one of the suggested salads and modify any ingredient or the dressing to mix it up. The mustard vinaigrette has a nice kick to it so I think that is my favorite dressing so far. So far, I have never been disappointed with anything I have tried. I always go for the large size (which I have noticed you have to ask for since they do not always check with you before they start making it). The only slight negative is that every now and then I get someone who is new ("first day") and they seem to skimp a bit compared to the more experienced folks who know how much you can fit into...

I use to love this place but the last three times I've been the experience has been underwhelming.

Shrinkflation strikes again. What use to be a "medium" amount of dressing now is practically a teaspoon of dressing. I'm afraid of what "light" dressing would be. Would they whisper "peppercorn ranch" in an adjacent room? Would they simply inform you that the salad has been infused with vinegarette V I B E S?

I get extras baing an additional charge but broccoli? Come on. I really hope this place improves as it was great to have a relatively healthy option to bring to my dietitian wife, oh well. Pizza it is, plenty of great...
