TLDR - food is really good, our waitress had nice customer service, but manager of place desperately needs to improve operations for the benefit of the staff and guests.

The most annoying part was at the start. Came in the "main" entrance where multiple staff saw us, yet no one came to help. Meanwhile another party came through another door mins later and were assisted and seated first. Only after we specifically sought out a random employee were we finally helped.

Once we got sat, there were a lot of hiccups.

Ordered garlic knots and the veggie pizza and a cocktail. Knots came out 15 mins after ordering - very delicious. Ate them in another 15. After, saw a table get their pizza and food even though we ordered before them. Later, waitress comes over and tells us sorry about our pizza, knows someone already talked to us about it. But no one had, which we told her.

Our pizza was given to someone else. She said she'd comp it and it'd be out soon. When it came out, it was the wrong pizza.

While waiting for the right one, ordered a chardonnay. She brought it out fast. Then mins later another person brings a chardonnay as if we didn't get ours.

After being at the place for over an hour, the right pizza comes out. Waitress also comped it. We appreciate her acknowledging the mess ups and trying to make it right. Not confident others there would based on the first interactions. While it's nice getting free pizza, would rather pay for a smooth, good experience from...

This place had been on my list for the longest time as I would pass by it while walking around Fremont.

My friend and I decided to finally set up some time and try it out. It was a sunny day so the atmosphere was perfect - doors open, high ceilings with lots of windows, and a cool breeze.

The tables were intimate and could possibly use a little more room if you’re ordering more than 1 or 2 times, but the pizza stand they provide definitely helps with that.

We ordered the ceaser salad which was BOMB, the focaccia with olive oil, which was a hefty portion, and also the veggie pizza. I don’t usually go for vegetarian pizzas but singles we did, because the white sauce and toppings on this one were delishhhh!

I was shocked at the prices vs. quantity for this place, especially being in Seattle. The food was fresh and delicious and my wallet was also happy that I wasn’t spending $10 on a single slice!

We got 3 items and 2 NA drinks and our total bill was under $60 (SHOOK lol)! Highly recommend, and I will definitely be coming back to try more of...

Genuinely surprised that a pizza place as fairly priced and with such quality opened right in the heart of Fremont. Came in for dinner with a party of 5 without calling ahead, granted there was an understandably long wait (about an hour) but service was quick once were seated in spite of how busy it was on a Friday night. Will definitely come again, and will surely come for lunch one day when they sell individual slices (4-6 bucks a slice, and they're northeastern style so two or three's enough for most). Beer's cheap too!

Edit: I've been here a couple times for lunch by now. Overall I'd say they are pretty consistently good, and the slices come out fast, but I've definitely had way better slices on some days than others. Their veggie one with ricotta is super good (I do believe this rotates, though), and their pep has a pretty high ceiling.

I was able to try one of their sandwiches that Kenji hyped up, and it was good, but I wasn't really blown away. I'll need to try the other, the...
