KFC — Restaurant in Seattle

The previous day, I ordered popcorn chicken, upon doing so, I specified that they be careful not to give me pieces off the bottom or an old batch because they will be small, hard with only coating and very little meat. When I recieved my order, I got exactly what I asked for. The pieces were normal size, plump, moist and very tasty. Needless to say, I was satisfied. Today, I went back to order the same but this time i didn't specify not to be careful of the bottom pieces. I got mostly small, dry pieces some of which were only hard, fried coating. When I took large size box back, the manager began taking a defensive stance right away, telling me they're all the same. Of course I disagreed but he kept interrupting me stating the contrary. While speaking over me, he went on to ask me to order something else. I explained that it was the popcorn chicken I ordered and that I was only asking for a replacement. The managed then directed the young waitress to give me the replacement, as it turned out, the box was not only replaced with the small size but the pieces were smaller and filled with mostly fried coating. Very unprofessional and it isn't proper to contradict a customer who had described having better in the very recent past. I was left feeling as though he was calling me a liar or I couldn't have possibly known what I was talking about in addition to the replacement not being the lathe size I...

My review is mainly for this location and the main customer service office (where ever that is) this location is open till 10pm but will stop cooking chicken by 9pm or before. I work till 9 and rush down to this place to get food for my kids and i just to be told that they're out of chicken. I was very annoyed by this and called the customer service office and got nothing from them at all. I stopped going for almost a year and gave them a second chance (because i was in desperate need of a quick dinner option) when i realized i should leave work at a little sooner to make it there before 9pm and sure enough i get there at 850 just to be told they're out of chicken and they will not cook anymore. I am done with them and KFC all together. I have to stay open till closing but you dont???? They also never got my order right when i had a different schedule,...

Even though they forgot one of my three piece chicken meals, im going to give 5 stars. Heres why; this location is right next to a homeless encampment so I'm sure the manager gets a lot of unwanted or unfortunate visitors, however they seem to still cater to the surrounding community with no attitude and unbegrudgingly. I went it into the store to get my missing meal and the manager and all of her employees were eager to help me, didn't question if I had a receipt or get defensive, which is super rare as I've worked in fast food before and sometimes employees take their jobs way too seriously.
