McDonald's — Restaurant in Seattle

The food was Good and the restaurant was clean. This location, however, seems a bit odd. Normally we get McGriddles for the kids without any meat. This location will not allow you to do that -- you have to order the McGriddle with sausage and then exclude the sausage (meaning you're paying for the sausage, but not getting it). Same with McMuffins. Want just an egg and cheese McMuffin? You have to order one with Canadian Bacon and have them exclude the bacon -- so you're paying for bacon and not getting it. Odd, that if you want to ADD something, like cheese, they're happy to charge you an arm and a leg, but if you want to remove anything they don't reciprocate (they don't discount anything). So it's a one-way street with this location. Also, if you dine in and want ketchup they now how smaller containers than ever before -- half the height of the previous small paper containers for the ketchup pump. Is this a way to save cost? Because it's just forcing everyone to pump twice as many paper containers as before, and that can't be very cost effective. I got to say if it wasn't for low-class this place would have no class at. This relly takes the cake when it comes to cheeeeeeeeeep!!!!! NO REFILLS!!! Wow really, so I ask. Cus I wonna know. So he goes into this long spiel which I could tell you he's, giving out before , about the city charging extra for refills based on taxes. Zero l revenues mean zero taxes so I don't know what he's talking about, so anyway the owner, (this is a privately owned restaurant) sead no REFILLS, fine. I can live with that But then they openly start talking smack about me for the entire time I was present. Verry low class. I did nothing this time. Just sat and posted my review. And just an observation here it seems like everyone seems to be related to one another weird I guess that's the stuff you get to do when you privately buy a McDonald's you could hire your own family and overwork them and another pay them and maybe even have people that aren't even documented working in your place too so come check this place out it's a...

I went there this morning to get a frappuccino, the lady asked me did I order it on the machine, I told her I didn't know how to work the machine. She walked past me and went to the back got somebody else's stuff delivered it to them by that time two other gentlemen had came in and when she got back she asked them are they ready to order The Hispanic gentleman said that I was first to go ahead and take care of me ,that he could wait. She said something to him in Spanish and he looked at me and put his head down and said oh. Then she completely dismissed me and helped him with his order. I was very upset and felt disrespected immediately I thought was it because I was black? I left the store and I came right back in and asked for the manager I told the manager what happened she completely dismissed it. I left McDonald's but as I was leaving one of the customers that saw what happened hollered loudly Hispanics only! I'll never go back to that place cuz I know how...
