I’m a cookie connoisseur. I stay in touch with all the local bakers and try new places as I get the chance. I’m going to start rating places on the people, cookie taste/ texture and variety. 1- People: service was perfect. I was greeted, given recommendations and honest opinions on preference. 5/5 2- Taste/ texture: I have to admit, I like cookies with a variety of textures. For instance, their peanut butter (4.6/5 and highly recommended) has a soft interior, crunch on the perimeter with that signature sandy/ sugary coating. It tasted amazing and was close to perfect ( a little stronger on the peanut flavor and it’s flawless). The cookies and cream had great flavor but the texture was one note and denser than I prefer. The lemon poppyseed had all the textures going but was light on the lemon. I just crushed one so I’m not saying it’s not worth trying. I’d actually rank it #2 under the peanut butter. The birthday cake was good too, just eat it the day you get it. I’d pass on the snickerdoodle, m&m and the toffee one. They simply lacked flavor and were off texturally. 2.5/5 3- Variety: I’m starting to sense a theme around Seattle. These shops seem to be copying Menüs of competitors and putting their spin on it. That to me is risky unless you feel you have a superior cookie. I won’t name names but the peanut butter is the only one that was different and the one I’d say go get 6 of them. Get a lemon too. Nothing out of the box or really unique. 2/5

Stopped by Midnight Cookie Co. at Pacific Place to grab a coffee and ended up having one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever tasted. I tried it with lavender syrup, and it was absolutely out of this world - smooth, flavorful, and not overpowering at all. Their menu also has cookies, ice cream, and other beverages, so there’s plenty to choose from. Didn’t get cookies this time, but if they’re anything like the coffee, I’ll definitely be back to try them. The service was quick, making it a perfect spot to grab a coffee or treat while shopping at the mall. Note: They are located on the ground floor next to the elevators.

Great surprise when looking for a sweet bite in the area. Came in for a cookie and ended up with a couple (sweet & salty, and lemon poppyseed). I will be back while I am visiting the area. $2.75 each cookie but discounted price in bulk. Service was phenomenal as well. I recommend this place. Note: They are actually located inside the shopping mall, in the basement, next to the elevators.

I came here to pick up a Door Dash order and there was no employee(s) present for over 30 minutes. The time stated the employee was to return was incorrect, the employee who was the “manager” didn’t come for almost 15 minutes past the listed time. The “manager” who was working tonight was extremely unprofessional and displayed zero customer service skills. She used vulgar language when speaking to me and told me multiple times she would cancel the order I was picking up. The “manager” also returned from a break and did not wash her hands. I waited over 30 minutes and there was already others waiting longer than me. The experience I had at Midnight Cookie Co. Pacific Place was beyond poor. I hope that in the future there won’t be these...

Sorry, but these were the worst cookies I’ve paid for… maybe some of the worst I’ve even gotten for free. They were so hyped up that I felt compelled to give them a try despite the pictures that showed dry old cookies.

We had the cookies and cream, chocolate chip, chai, snickerdoodle, fruity pebbles, and smores. Each one reminded me of the time I accidentally made cookies with salted butter. There was nothing dessert like about them. They were not ooey or gooey. Not warm and chocolatey. Not sweet and soft. Not crumbly or melt in your mouth. They had one thing going for them - chew. But I don’t know if you want to chew...
